The band came in earlier than expected, which was nice, but the band coordinator was not very professional. He made negative comments during my party and some of my guests heard what he said and came back to tell me. I asked him about it and he admitted it, saying that he didn’t think anyone heard him. Also, if you hire this band, ensure that you have cash, because they are not up on technology like PayPal and Cash App. On a better note the band was pretty cool and I may recommend, but the coordinator needs to be replaced. He has no customer skills at all.

The client was welcoming to our concerns to perform at her event. I was professional at all times. However, the client did not read our signed contract which stated at the end of the event cash is to be paid in full. I requested cash in order to pay each band member after our performance. The client kept insisting I use a cash app which I declined. I then had to explain to my band members why we had to delay on being paid because the client had to go to an ATM machine to get the required funds.
