:
A score of 3 for “handling special requests” is disappointing, a last minute location change from an indoor to a rooftop in high winds, unlit, sub 60 degree weather - one of many violations of our contract. My quartet, shivering, dressed in strapless gowns suffered much. We expected a tip rather than a scathing review 2 months later! I had an emergency - my partner, a renowned violinist led the quartet. Guests stopped the musicians as they left, giving high praises for their performance. At the end of the day, what matters is creating beautiful and flawless music, and we certainly produced exactly what was demanded that evening under very adverse conditions.Review by Rebecca M.

It was an honor to play Rebecca's ceremony. Unfortunately, due to circumstance beyond my control, the start cue was missed. I've done hundreds of weddings, and never had difficulty with a cue. The wedding party entered from a gate over a football field's distance away from the ceremony. I'm not one to point fingers because that is counterproductive. That being said, I did ask for someone to come by and tap me on the shoulder, when the wedding party was ready. I don't think it was too much to ask, however it didn't happen, and the ceremony didn't turn out as well as it could have. As for my musical capabilities, my YouTube channel speaks for itself.
