I am not at all happy with this site. I requested a performer. I was in contact with one performer who I spoke to once and he said he could do the job. I gave the date and times. I had to call him back to get a contract signed and he never called me back. Date has come and gone!

I was in contact with the facility the week prior to event as discussed. At that time I was attempting to verify date and time of event as we ALWAYS do. I was told by Amy,s staff that she was on vacation and that nothing was on the schedule. I was told I must have been in error. At any rate I asked support staff to forward message to Amy on return and to call if any issue. Apparently the staff never mentioned the confirmation call or the conversation with me. Apologies for any confusion, however, ass ALL OF MY OTHER REVIEWS DICTATE this is not something that was a communication error with support staff of facility.n

Jeff and his team were great. They arrived early to set up and the music/voices outside during the ceremony were clear and easy to hear. There were no mic issues inside at our reception but either. They played great music and helped keep the flow of the wedding from moving too slowly. The dance music was great and our dance floor was packed all night. My wife and I were very satisfied with how accommodating Jeff was when we ran behind due to pictures and food and can say that the sound quality was just as positive.

Jeff Jarvis was everything we were looking for when we went looking for Elvis to come help us celebrate my parent's 30th anniversary party. His presence was a surprise for not just my parents but the guests and Jeff was incredibly easy-going and accommodating. Everyone had a great time and truly was entertained by his performance. Booking and coordinating the day-of events with him was stress-free and professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Jeff was very communicative throughout the process. He put on a great show. His vocals were spot on. Our party loved him. We rented a room in a restaurant and the patrons outside of our venue were thrilled by him also. I highly recommend Jeff.

We get stuck when our entertaninment got sick 4 days before my Mother in Law's 80th bday. We saw Jeff's videos and contacted him he called me within 4 min.From the moment I spoke to him I knew we had THE guy.He totally understood the crowd of mixed ages & my MIL's LOVE of Roy Orbison- He had great ideas - like singing Pretty Woman when she arrived. The music was never too loud, but never too soft-- He was engaging but also knew how to stay in the background too. He sang and performed non stop for 3+hours-- He did Elvis Orbison Frank Rat Pack and knew how to throw in some light rock like Elton& Billy Joel so that the younger folks could enjoy it too. FANTASTIC.

Very accomadating. Did a very good job, related well to the audience, kept a positive attitude. Very busy town in the Catskills on a Saturday. Chose songs all could relate too, DJ'd as well, dressed nicely, good equipment and the host was very happy. Jeff opened up the show with several Tribute Artists segments, then Michael Paul Callahan as Elvis closed.

Jeff played at my mother's 80th Birthday party and it was a hit. Jeff was a fantastic performer and has an awesome voice. His appearance made the party memorable and everyone had a wonderful time. He was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure all of the details of the performance would meet our expectations.
