Only thing I had a problem with was there was no ice, soda or napkins on the bus as stated. Also, no stripper poles. Other than that the bus was beautiful

WestWay was recommended by The Bash, but we were disappointed. I told them they would hit lots of traffic on Friday night coming into CT - to leave the time, they arrived 30 minutes late. 44 teens arrived late to the prom. the driver took them to the wrong location, it was in our contract, I reminded him, my daughter did too, that they were going to a Hilton.he took them to the wrong location. They asked to be picked up by 10 p.m. At 10 the bus was nowhere to be found. He showed up at 10:35. Then got lost on the way home. He entered a parking lot vs the road, playing bumper car with the signs in the lot. This bus company caused so much stress do not recommend.

The only drawback was the sound in the limo was not working well and couldn’t be adjusted. Otherwise we had an awesome experience and Paul was a superb and professional driver. Very accommodating and helpful!

The owner was responsive, professional and incredibly friendly. Their prices are reasonable and the party bus we hired was very impressive. The kids had a blast. The owner Bruce is a truly great guy.

This is an amazing Limo service. There was trouble with the bus we originally ordered and Rich made sure he had another ready and was on time. We had loads of fun riding to bus and felt very safe and super well taken care of with West-Way Limo. They called several times to make sure I was getting what I asked for, what I got was above and beyond. Thank you guys for the wonderful time! I highly recommend this service, you will not regret it.

I reserved West Way for a party bus through gig masters for my sister’s SURPRISE 50th birthday! They did NOT show up. Called 45 minutes before to ask for the address again, (although I spoke with them the day before to confirm) they said they were stuck in traffic. 30 minutes after they were scheduled to arrive, I called them and they said the driver was stuck in traffic and it was not moving. I asked why didn’t they call. The dispatcher said he was just about to call. He asked what did I want to do, he could give me a refund. I said yes please cancel. They are the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. How do you NOT SHOW UP?

We apologize for any inconvenience. Unfortunately your Event Transportation was interrupted by the terrible flashing flooding and Rain on Saturday August 11, 2018. As Reported on the News Cars were stuck in Water Highways were closed and people had to rescued from their cars including a Bride going to her Wedding Reception as Reported on all major News outlets. Sometimes there are weather related events that are beyond our Control and this was one of those times. We just could not get around these traffic delays and road closing at that time and would never put at risk the safety of our Clients, Employees and Vehicles. We will refund deposit. Thank y

Our driver was prompt, polite and honestly just so friendly. Helped with our luggage and getting us set up in the back. It was a short trip but made our ride to the airport the PERFECT kick off to our celebration. Would rent from them again!

There was poor communication from the get go - no phone number provided to contact to driver He was 15 minutes late but bus didn't leave until half hour past the decided time - when this was mentioned the driver snapped back saying it was untrue. 15 minutes on the bus later we stopped again due to issues that they could have fixed at our first stop when we got off. Also forgot the first stop even though we had provided that on booking. Cups and bus were dirty, little water, napkins and soft drinks despite being promised. They made extra stops to pick this up and made us wait for an additional 15 mins after stop 1. They added an hour but ruined the experience

I booked a party bus for a Sweet 16 dinner party in NYC. I booked the bus months in advance. West-Way Limo answered my many questions via email and phone in a courteous, polite and professional manner. Bruce the owner/driver was great. He was professional, pleasant and accommodating. I did a lot of research before finally choosing West-Way Limo and I know I made the right decision. The kids had a great time and night to remember. Thank you Bruce and West-Way Limo. We will absolutely book you again for any future limo/party bus needs and will recommend your company to anyone who needs one.

They were amazing! They upgraded us for free and we had the greatest time. The driver was Bruce and he went above and beyond in terms of service!! They were very good about communication. Great service, beautiful safe vehicle, and a really accommodating driver. One of the most pleasant parts of a very big day for my daughter’s sweet 16. Would fully recommend!
