Byron was great!! He was quick to initiate communication. He was stealth while steaking out the surprise proposal location. He captured a lot of candid romantic pictures. Byron exceeded our expectations

I am still waiting for the pictures and videos. I was told I would receive them yesterday, but haven't yet. Relatives and friends are asking me to see them. I am not happy about this. He arrived last, usually serve providers arrive 30 minutes early to set up. Missed the family walking in and Mom in the casket.

The client received all her 1000+ photos and fully edited video in November of 2023. The following statements by Ms. Harvey are entirely false and inaccurate for the client refused to work with I the vendor and the Bash.com to resolve this matter and had attempted to get multiple services for free including asking me for a partial refund via Zelle and not through the Bash.com. As for the false statement of being late, the contract stated an 11:00am vendor start time, I arrived at 11am on the dot and started work 4 mins after walking in the door, there was no advance notice given to me by the client or any agent of the client's to arrive earlier than the contracted start time of 11am the day of the event. I the vendor am not liable for the client's failure and blatant negligence to communicate any and all sudden changes of the contract, or start times.

I didn’t have a good experience with this photographer it’s been nothing but back and forth and pictures were horrible.

The following statements made by Ms. Fernandez are entirely untrue. I performed my duties with upmost integrity and professionalism as I do with every client I service. I came to the client's event on time, and I delivered the 1100 + edited photographs to the client on time. This is an unprovoked attack upon my character and my reputation as a honest, hard working and upstanding businessman. The client doesn't have any credible evidence to substantiate her claims she has made in her attempt to bully and intimidate, I the vendor into giving her a full refund by leaving this negative review in retaliation after her frivolous refund claim was denied on the merits.
