Steve and his associate Steve we INCREDIBLY AMAZING!! They were ready for set up, extremely professional, kind, open minded, and most of all, compassioate to my family and guests! They captured moments that I would have never caught because I was a busy hostess. I would DEFINATELY recommend Steve and welcome to hire him again! Even my guests complemented how great he was!! THE WORST VENDOR SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!! DO NOT HIRe
Horrible & rude communication pre, during and post event
Arrived late and Incomplete setup- see through backdrop
Numerous guests complained about how rude he was- WOW
Helped himself to our food during the main event of the night- belly dancer performance
Zero pictures of happy birthday singing or candles
We had to file an official complaint with Bash to get him to send the digital copies- as promised in the contract
Did not walk around and take photos- only once when I requested
Refusing to send images until we wrote a review, texted me at midnight asking for a review

Courtney, your review is in full contrast to my 5-star average rating of over 140 reviews, & the “Best Of” The Bash awards I've received yearly since 2016 (except 2020 due COVID). I was hired to do a photobooth, which I did. That doesn't include the additional pictures your complaint lists. I did take some of those pictures as a courtesy to you; but it was very difficult due to how rudely you spoke to and treated me, as a servant, and not a hired professional. That type of treatment will get you what you paid for and not the added services you are demanding for free. I encourage you to treat those you hire for future events with the dignity and respect they deserve for the mere fact that they are fellow human beings. Also, it's customary to provide a meal for the photographer, and that's been my experience with the 100's of events I've serviced. Sorry if the food was not meant to be given to the workers at your event. I served myself only after your father-in-law insisted I do so.

SPhotograpy did an incredible job—Steve was responsive, professional, and his work is creative and beautiful. The kids enjoyed his photobooth and he roamed and took candidswhen things were slow. Very proactive. I can’t recommend him enough.

WORST SERVICE EVER! I had a full length text with Steve, the photographer. I specifically requested an open air style photo booth, to which he agreed he could supply. On the day of the party, he showed up, but with no photo booth. He asked how I told him, "was in in text or a voicemail." He wasn't even aware of our conversation. When I asked how I would get my deposit back, he asked, " how much did you pay?" I even asked if he was the same person from the company I was corresponding with, thinking I had the conversation with someone else. Very unprofessional. He was unapologetic, all he said was, "this is on me." I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PHOTOGRAPHER!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They were a no show an left me high and dry. The entire graduation party was built around the photo booth. We built a stage and had plaques made for the photo inserts. The cost of the party was $5k and couldn’t find anyone to cover as we had no warning. Emotionally this was something I will never forget or forgive. We checked in daily so everything would be perfect from stage to props etc. When I called to find out where they were and steve answered the phone and laughed saying if shoot he got the day wrong? Then he said he was working on getting someone here - then he said it was because he was sick. A stream of lies.

It was an amazing day! The kids were so happy and loved taking pictures with all their friends. Steve was great in taking lots of pics. We'd be happy to recommebd him and I'm sure the school will want him for the next 5th grade bash.

I am beyond impressed with the service provided by Sphotography! I hired him for photo booth service for my daughter’s sweet 16 party. I got way more than that! Steve not only personally took the photos for the photo booth but he also went around and took candid as well as posed pictures of the actual event! I was amazed! In addition. he had countless props for the photo booth, posed people for the best pics, encouraged people to come out of their shell for the best pics, etc. He’s genuinely a nice person who goes the extra mile because he enjoys what he does. I love that he provides a link to all the pics as well so you can download, share, copy, etc.

I submitted a request for a photographer late at night -- the day before the family photo shoot I was hoping to schedule. Steve responded promptly and we set the time for our family session in the park. When Steve arrived he was very professional and did a great job accommodating our many requests for various poses, etc. He's friendly and has a great disposition. My entire family was very impressed while interacting with Steve.
We look forward to viewing our pictures soon!! I recommend Steve and would hire him again.

He arrived a bit early (important for me), so we got to plan exactly how the photos would be taken unnoticed. As well Steve was personable and not overbearing in regards to how where/how the shots were to be taken. We got shots before she arrive (of my setup), of the proposal itself, & group photos after all the tears were dried.
This was exactly what I was looking for in terms of a photographer. I recommend that you book Sphotography.

I hired Steve for my 45th Birthday Party Dec15, 2017 and I was very happy with his work. He did an Amazing job, he captured a lot of candid shots, from us getting off the party bus, me and my guest dancing, me cutting the cake, the champagne toast and most importantly he took a Huge group photo at the end of the night!! I was so happy when I got my pictures back, because they were BEAUTIFUL!!! Every time I look through my pictures I have a huge smile on my face...just seeing and remembering that night!! I would definitely refer SPhotography to a friend or family member.

The day of my party, Steve the photographer showed up an hour and a half after the requested time. Once there he went right to work. The problem began towards the end when he quoted us for 2.5 hours when he honestly worked 2. When I addressed it via email it wasn’t too nice of an encounter. The questions I asked went unanswered. It was a “you’re wrong I’m right scenario. Last email he ignored. I received an email filled with our “edited” photos. The pictures were beautiful although he used a lot of lightening editing due to the sun setting shortly around the time he arrived. I wouldn’t use this company again due to the stress accompanied with the bad time management.
