Fred was prompt, professional, and did an excellent job reading the room and offered a variety of appropriate musical selections. We would definitely use him again in the future!

I was very satisfied with Mr. Yacano. There was a lot of phone calls between us before the event, and that sometimes got a little overwhelming. however, once the day came he required zero direction and was a self starter. He played the right music at the right times (even though we didn't have a rehearsal) and I didn't notice any errors in his playing. Everyone at the wedding said he was amazing. I also liked that he had 20 or 30 songs ready for us when we came to listen to him play for the first time. We also liked that he let us pick a song of our own, and then he went online and found the sheet music for it. He was very accommodating.

Very disappointed. I told Fred ahead of time in addition to background classical music, I wanted someone that would take requests and have a sing a long. He said he was very willing to do this when I hired him. On the contrary, when he arrived Fred was unwilling to play requests unless he liked the request said no several times to my guests requests. I was VERY CLEAR with Fred about what I wanted when I hired him. He mentioned he was not feeling well, I gave him chance to bow out, He said he was fine to come. He really ruined the entertainment and fun I had planned for the evening. He seemed to show up for a quick buck and played what he felt like playing only.

I provided all of the requested music for my client and NEVER refused a request! I provided songbooks and a sing-a-long for guests. I had bronchitis but didn’t want to disappoint my client. She NEVER offered me a chance to bow out. She asked me to play until 12:30 AM and I did. As I left, she coldly and rudely thrust a check into my hand and then turned her back. I had no contact with the client from the moment I entered until I was ready to leave, except for the brief exchange regarding her request that I play until 12:30 AM. Her comments are untrue and outrageous! I have never ever been treated disrespectfully or rudely by any client but I was by Noelle T.
