Casino EventReviewed on August 12, 2013From Lafayette, LA

On the night we were running a little late and Kimberley became a little difficult with the event planner, demanding to review her contract terms, wanting food & drink. When she started her performance she never really got the party started and quite quickly it all fizzled out before it began. You could argue it was the guests, the piano player or just one of those things but overall we were a little disappointed especially since we have had many a great night at Pat O'Briens in NOLA.

Anniversary PartyReviewed on October 27, 2014From Austin, TX

Kimberly was rude and had a major attitude with myself (the planner), the host, and the staff at the restaurant. She demanded wine from the restaurant staff 5 times, even after I explicitly stated that she was not to be drinking alcohol during the event. She was unprepared with her attire, she forgot her sweater and was rubbing her shoulders all night. She was showing her frustration to all of the guests when anything on the schedule was altered. She seemed as though she was under the influence upon arrival and throughout the night.

This review does not reflect my professionalism & performance. It was a 65th anniversary party; I was continually complimented on my playing. I never go into a job rude, demanding, nor under the influence! There were many toasts in the middle of songs; I would quit playing, It was not frustrating at all! In my job I am always flexible. Yes, I did forget my jacket; it was very chilly in the room. When not playing I rubbed my shoulders for warmth. The last half hour the honored bride came and sat at the piano with me and we sang together, the highlight of the night. The hostess tipped generously. Demanding wine five times? Totally untrue, as the rest of this review.
