Mikhail was absolutely incredible and helped make our wedding everything we dreamed of. His piano playing was beautiful and our guests were so impressed. His performance brought class and elegance to our wedding and the baby grand piano he brought looked stunning on our stage. He even allowed my father, who used to play professionally, to play a song, which made the day even more special and memorable for our family. From start to finish, Mikhail was professional, talented, and a pleasure to work with. He worked seamlessly with the production company we hired as well. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a pianist for their wedding or special event!

Mikhail Romanov on piano and his mom on violin literally made my daughter’s wedding perfection. They played at both the ceremony and cocktail hr. They are classically trailed- the real deal, and there isn’t anything they can’t play
We could not be happier with their performance. They are based in NYC, we live in no.NJ but ceremony was south NJ. Our venue (Bonnet Island) had a preferred list that included a strings group. We didn’t want any one performer showing up who was free that day. We knew exactly who we were getting. It was such a pleasure dealing directly with the performer vs an “agency” who coordinates large # of performers. Rated 5 stars but really a 10.

Mikhail was wonderful to work with. All the hallmarks of a true professional: he arrived on time, was perfectly dressed for the event, played beautifully, and was very attentive to the mood of the party in his song selection. Mikhail was especially attentive to the group of children whom all have singing backgrounds and wanted to sign several Christmas Carols to enhance the Holiday spirit of the party. I cannot recommend Mikhail highly enough and will certainly be booking him again for our party next year.

I had a small, intimate wedding in Hampton Bays back in October. The Romanovs were AMAZING! In fact, amazing is an understatement. My guests still leave compliments to this day (nearly two months later) on how great the live music was. They added the perfect touch to our perfect day. They were kind, punctual, and the music flowed without any hiccups. If you are thinking of booking them for ANY event, go ahead and do so! You will not regret it!
