Claudia was wonderful to work with and she made a personal effort to assure her program was just what the Bride and Groom wanted. When it was over, Claudia took the time not only to congratulate my daughter and thank her for allowing her to be part of her special day, she then shared some very heartwarming advice for love and honor in a marriage. Truly a class act and soft hearted and giving person.

Claudia was amazing. We got so many compliments on the ceremony music. She even learned a version of A Thousand Years that I was in love with and wanted to walk down the aisle to. She is so talented and accomodating, and made our ceremony perfect.

Claudia is a consummate professional. She went above and beyond to ensure that my daughter's wedding experience was exceptional. She responded promptly to any questions we had, provided samples of music for us to choose from, and even prepared a program using the color scheme from our daughter's wedding. The day of the wedding she arrived promptly and played beautifully, and looked stunning. I would highly recommend her. The entire experience was perfect!!

Her performance was very good. I felt she asked a lot of the hotel staff to meet her needs, not thinking about the needs of our event.

Before event this client wrote me: "I can't tell how much I appreciate all your help and how quickly you respond to me. Your help has made it even better." Then TERRIBLE HOTEL STAFF: Grand piano had no bench, no lighting or lamp to illuminate the piano, did not secure my equipment while I was not using it, refused to help me unload equip. or help me in the pouring rain, had second wedding with loud rock music clashing sounds with our event and had muzak over PA system during wedding ceremony (I asked the hotel to cut, they just turned down). Also I gave client 1 1/2 hours extra at no charge. I gave great service in spite of hotel. The hotel deserved this bad rating.
