This is the second time we at Brooks College have used Vince Torbey aka: Pianist On Call. We are extremely pleased to have had such a fine talent as Vince Torbey for our function.
I would recommend Vince Torbey for any function as he is very professional, extremely talented, very accomodating and has a great personality.

Vince arrived on time, and was dressed immaculately in a black tuxedo. He began playing the piano immediately, and performed beautifully the entire evening. He availed himself to requests and encouraged our guests to sing along with their favorite Christmas songs. Vince arrived on time...was totally prepared. His music was exactily what I had asked for. He was very accommodating, charming and friendly and fit in perfectly with the occasion.
We ended the party singing old time American and Latin songs.
I highly recommend him to any one.

Vince was great from the get-go. He was willing to meet with us multiple times in LA after gigs he had up here prior to our event to discuss logistics and give suggestions. Was extremely responsive when we contacted him on multiple occasions, answering all of our questions fully and always the same day via email. At the event, the music was top notch. Very easy to work with and I would hire him again without a second thought for events in the future.

We asked Vince to play at our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour on 07/12/08. I cannot say enough great things about him. From our initial contact, Vince demonstrated a professional approach rooted in fun and entertainment. Both events went off perfectly and I attribute much of that to Vince. Our guests enjoyed his playing, he really added a nice touch and set the atmosphere we envisioned. I strongly recommend Vince to anyone looking for a classy entertainer for their event. This was my first experience in arranging for professional entertainment and Vince Torbey was the answer to my prayers. He arrived early, set his equipment up quickly, was very flexible in accomodating any requests made of him and never missed an opportunity to add a personal touch to our celebration through his music. If you're looking for a professional, top quality, class act, Vince is your man. Wish I were having another party so I would have an excuse to hire him again. Thank you Vince.

Everything from start to finish exceeded my expectations. There was an immediate response to my request. Good follow through. Price and terms agreed upon and put in writing. Performer was on time, conducted himself very professionally and was an excellent pianist. I would recommend Gigmaster and Pianist On Call without reservation.

Our holiday party was a tremendous success, mostly due to the performance of Vince. He was very professional and accomodating. He knew every christmas song you could imagine and brought along song books for all the guests! Our party was for a senior citizen apartment complex and they can be hard to please but they raved about him. Thanks Vince!

It's so rare these days, to find people who do what they love. Vince is one of those rare people. I had the honor of having Vince play during my wedding ceremony. You know us brides, everything has to be just as we imagined and every detail must be thought out. Vince was wonderful and his performance was better than I could ever have hoped for. Vince is very professional, he always returned my calls promptly, he had a smile in his voice each time we spoke and most importantly, he made me feel as though he too was looking to my big day.
