I hired Scott for my wedding ceremony to play music on the piano while guests were being seated and during the ceremony and recessional. He did a fantastic job! I was able to communicate with Scott via email before the big day and also met once beforehand to hear him play some clips of songs I was interested in. He was so friendly and professional, easy to communicate with, and extremely accomodating to song requests and learning new songs on short notice. He is also EXTREMELY talented and plays beautifully! I would recommend him to anyone I know. The wedding ceremony sounded beautiful and he kept the music flowing throughout. Thanks so much Scott! :)

Scott's playing is phenomenal; we even had him stay an extra hour. However, it was the time before he started playing that we had serious issues with. He specifically stated he would arrive an hour early to set up and then leave to get a coffee and come back. When I called concerned at his lateness, he did not pick up or return my calls. He arrived 15 minutes before his start time, after having driven over our well-manicured lawn with this car and breaking two of our in-ground sprinkler lines even though we had a vehicle blocking the driveway to prevent entry, and had asked him specifically ahead of time to park on the street. He was unapologetic and cavalier.

I am so sorry they are unhappy. I apologized to them both. Their email said to arrive 15 minutes ahead to set up, and I did respond saying I normally arrive an hour early to allow for traffic, and check in, then go get coffee. However, traffic was very heavy, so I arrived at the time they had asked for. Their two calls never made it to my phone, as I showed them. I only found the panicked voicemails (no texts) as I was pulling up to the blocked driveway. Since they were expecting me, and I needed to load in my digital piano, I pulled up the driveway past the golf cart. My car is tiny, I did not think it would break lines. I apologized profusely for this possibility.

Scott was amazing showed up on time and was courteous to myself and my guest. The music was amazing and really set the mood for the party
