We had a string trio at our wedding on this past Saturday and they we absolutely wonderful! Bryan was so easy to communicate with. The performers were professionally dressed and polite and we enjoyed listening to them. We would definitely recommend Occaisional Brass and Strings!

We had a string quartet play the cocktail hour during our New Year's Eve wedding, and they were absolutely top-notch! Not only were the musicians professional and a pleasure to have in the space, but they even learned a special song for our event at our request ("Young Americans" by David Bowie) - something I did not necessarily expect given that their catalog already boasts many hundreds of songs! I highly recommend Occasional Brass & Strings and would definitely engage them for another event someday! A+

Bryan and the other members of the quartet made my daughter's small family-only wedding day so special. They set up near the ceremony and then after, moved to the main floor to be closer to the reception, which was very nice. They played the entire set list I chose for the event and then some! Their sound was excellent and volume appropriate for the venue. I was worried the trumpet might overpower the stings but Bryan played beautifully and in hindsight can't imagine now how it would have sounded without it! The kids loved the Christmas tunes and the adults the classical and contemporary tunes. The library of music choice is amazing. Well done and THANK YOU!

From the beginning of the booking process, to the day of the wedding, everything was so seamless and wonderful! Bryan was great to work with and everyone we had for the trio was extremely talented. We could not have chosen a better trio to have for our ceremony (biggest part of a wedding!) and cocktail hour!

I tried to take a few moments away from everything to enjoy our wedding day and the times I was able to enjoy the OB&S they were simply amazing. If that weren’t enough, 4 people throughout the night and next day commented on how great they sounded and how it really added to our ceremony & cocktail hour. I don’t really know what else to say besides I will be using them for future celebrations without a second thought.

OBS was amazing for our wedding ceremony! Working with them before the wedding was so seamless and they were so organized, they sent me a list of their whole repertoire organized by genre and type of music, but were also open to songs not on the list. During the wedding the trio played beautifully! I highly recommend them for your wedding!!

They were such an amazing addition to our wedding! They played during processionals and all that, and then for cocktail hour after the ceremony. Their music is beautiful and they seem to have an endless repertoire! My only negative - I didn't have more time to enjoy their lovely music!!
