I was blown away by all aspects of this company. Not only were they accommodating BUT the talent and quality were phenomenal. She brought enough activites and had the energy to keep the children entertained throughout her visit. My entire family was in love and our daughter cannot stop talking about her experince with the princess. My friends are already asking for you to do their party. Thank you again!

The person hired arrived one hour late... That alone accounts for the low ranking in professionalism. She did however stay longer than expected; however, many of the party-goers needed to leave. She was dressed beautifully and had a beautiful voice. The storybook reading was rather long and dragged out, especially for 3-4 yo kids. She was a bit pushy with my daughter and seemed to take it personally when she did not want to hug her or sit in her lap. There was poor cohesion with the flow of events with the hostess. Because she arrived late (and did not call the week of to discuss),she often started activities (which she brought) when we had other events planned.

Ashton was princess Repunzel and she was amazing! Beautiful voice and sweet as can be. I'd suggest her all day long!!!

Did not show to party but did offer me a gig free of charge anytime I want so I did appreciate that. The owner did sincerely apologize to me about her employee who let both me and her down she also kept calling to check up on me which showed me a great amount of gratitude, kindness and that she really did care not just saying oh I'll gibe you a refund and that's it. It was not the owners fault and is very unfortunate that this incident happened to the both of us but I mist say the owner handled it very well.

I am terribly sorry. Our new employee did not show up for her party and did not inform anyone. Understand that our business is a month old. We have had over 25 successful parties - But, there was only one Tiana. She is no longer with Princess Parties of DC. This was devastating to us as well. We will do everything in our power to resolve this problem and guarantee it ill not happen again. We are hiring a new Tiana in the near future. It is shocking that a party princess would disappear on the date of a party. I can understand your disappointment.

She was good but was not please with the time she show up. She came like an hour or 45 minutes before the party was over. I don't think I will be using your company again. She should had charge half price for the little bit time she came.

excellent communication leading up to the event BUT they arrived ~15 minutes late to the event and ~30 minutes late for their scheduled arrival time. We had parents and children waiting. Regarding the talent - Elsa was great but we would not use Superman again. Outside of the man bun in his hair, the children didn't warm up to them. Bottom line, is we would be hard pressed to use them again due to the tardiness/dependability.

Totally thrilled with Cinderella's visit. She was warm, charming and put my shy granddaughter at ease soon after arriving. She also had a beautiful voice and we were all impressed with her singing. It was very sweet that she remembered the story I had told my granddaughter about how I knew Cinderella. Can't wait to use Princess Parties of DC again.

Princess Parties of DC was amazing! They arrived on time, fully dressed and ready to entertain our guests! We were surprised at the costumes that the Black Panther and Okoye were wearing because they were truly authentic and not one of those store brought costumes from Partycity! Our guests were allowed to take several amazing photos with both characters, not only the honorees! So glad I booked them, will book them again!

I was very impressed with the professionalism, expertise and courtesy that I was provided by the Princess parties of DC. From my initial contact with Ms. Nagel, she expertly worked with me to fulfill my last-minute request for Princess Tiana to perform at my grand-daughters 1-year birthday party. She was very accommodating in assuring all my requests were met! Princess Tiana was very Talented, Beautiful and worked “Wonderfully” with the short attention span toddlers. She was fully engaged in entertaining and the party presentations for the full one-hour! I would highly recommend the Princess Party of DC company and will use the services again in the future.

I recommend this compamy! Princess Parties of D.C. is professional, organized and authentic. I am so happy to have hired them. We were given so many quotes and they stood out. Our princess was incredible. She sang beautifully and engaged the kids in a relatable way. 5 stars.
