Soul Candy R&B Band from Atlanta, GA

Soul Candy is an R&B/Funk/Soul/Dance/Pop fusion band based in Atlanta, Georgia. The band was founded in Tallahassee, FL in 2020 by singer, songwriter, and producer Farah Bijou, a graduate of Florida State University's esteemed College of Music, who has been performing for nearly 10 years. She has graced venues in Florida, Georgia, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, and more, and prides herself on delivering an unforgettable performance every single time she walks on stage. Her performance credits outside of Soul Candy include singing backup for Lady Wray at One Music Fest in Atlanta, and performing with Philadelphia's premier party band, Philly's Finest (signed with East Coast Entertainment). Since its inception, Soul Candy has gone from being a local Tallahassee cover band to a well-respected, curated group with a recognizable sound, an admired skill-level, and an ever-growing audience of adoring "Soulmates". A milestone moment for the group was earning a slot at the 2023 Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival, a performance that followed the release of their debut EP, "Sweet Tooth". The band has been featured in publications like The Tallahassee Democrat & FSView, among other local music magazines. Recently, the group relocated to Atlanta, Georgia to further pursue their careers and continue to grow their fan base. Soul Candy plays venues ranging from bars & restaurants, to clubs, to festivals, to private events and weddings. With their genre-blending sound, the band is able to provide a client-tailored experience- whether it's an easy-listening Jazz cocktail hour, or a non-stop dance party.
