Extremely pleased. Everyone that attended the party was impressed and really enjoyed the group. They did an excellent job of music choice and sound level for the party. They were perfect and cant wait to have them at future events. Highly recommended!

Overall the professionalism of this band could have been better. Working with them was not seamless and added to my stress while planning the 70th birthday party for my mother. After having consistent communication initially with the band leader Eugene, one week prior to our event he suggested we find someone else to meet our needs. He was shady with pricing by quoting one rate, but charging a different amount. When I met him the day of the event, he told us his lead singer “claimed to have COVID”, but she showed up and seemed fine. We hired them for 3.5 hrs, they played 12 songs total. We appreciated them playing on Christmas but would not hire again or recommend

The event started 30 min late, the band stayed an extra 40 minutes, with no overtime pay or tip received. I charged only 575, for a Christmas event.
The customer borrowed the bands PA equipment for speeches and presentations which took an hour of designated gig time.
The bands singer performed, in spite of being sick on Christmas day.
We met every accommodation/request to an event that appears to have been poorly organized. It's unfortunate she took it out on the bands review.
Definitely a teachable moment for us. We move on, and look forward to our next performance!
