We had a great time with Irwin! He arrived early, which my nerves greatly appreciated. He was so kind and did a wonderful job engaging with the kids at our event, participating in our celebrations when we sold a car, and coming up with content suggestions that tied into being in a dealership. Having Santa be our Easter Bunny was an added treat!

Rating 3 for the performer
Our event was scheduled from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at our school, with the Bunny expected to arrive at 9:15 AM. However, we received a call at 8:45 AM. Someone had to rush in early to let him in, which caused some unnecessary stress.
Additionally, there were some issues with the performer himself. Several parents made sarcastic remarks about noticeable body odor, which was quite embarrassing. His demeanor also came across as dismissive, with a noticeable attitude.
We kindly request that this individual not be sent to our school again should we choose to work with your company for future events.

I sincerely apologize that the performer we assigned for your event failed to meet your expectations. As a company we strive to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied with services we provide. It is very rare that we do not meet our customers expectations.
It is a challenge for performers in a costume to maintain body temperature. I'll be sure to address this concern to him so we can find a resolution for any future opportunities.
I was glad to hear that the performer was responsible & professional by contacting you early when asking where to park.
I'm not sure if you're aware that your validating parking sticker didn't cover the amount of your designated parking. I hope that this additional cost that we incurred is helpful in making up for your concerns.
I heard your event was VERY popular with approx 250 attendees & that the children were in good spirits & had a blast.

We had a wonderful time with Santa and Mrs. Claus. This was a special Christmas for us. Watching the joy on the adult’s faces were priceless. Santa and Mrs Claus gave gifts to kids, read books, sang songs and we took some family photos. They arrived on time and didn’t try to rush things. The event was everything I expected and then some. We would definitely book again. Thank you so much.

We hired a Santa and a Mrs. Claus for our event. They were both wonderful! Could not have asked for better! So sweet and nice and the Santa had a real beard. The kids adored them both. Highly recommend. Thank you!
