Absolutely would recommend to anyone looking for a Magical experience. Not only did the children want to spend time with Santa and tell them their wishes, so did the adults. In character from the moment he arrived and stayed in character the entire time.

It was very easy and I talk to the Chicago Santa personally. That was peace of mind. The only thing was I wanted my time and he came later then we wanted he was very professional and good with the children we were done in a half hour. I would have liked a little longer time. There were less people than I thought we would have at our party so it all worked out this year. Next time I would like more time so we don't feel rushed and our time we asked for but understand you would get behind. We did enjoy having him and not having to find a person in the family that the children would of figured out was santa. Thank you

We hired a Santa to visit our small family gathering. Before the event, they answered all my questions in a timely manner. On the day of the event, our Santa showed up on time and was very patient answering questions from all our kids, listening to their Christmas wishes and reading them a story. Would hire them again in the future.

It was wonderful. He arrived on time and instantly got into character when we started seeing kids although we weren't in the venue yet. Overall very professional, and super easy to work with. I recommend having a wonderful set up for your santa, since it increases the quality of the experience

Incredible! A treasured memory forever! . He knew all the information we gave him prior, came in, figured out by our description of ages, their names without us saying anything. He talked to each child with specific information such as gymnastics, baseball team, favorite sports teams and even mentioned that last year their “elf on a shelf” mysteriously showed up at Grandma and Papas house. The kids smiles lit up the room. He explained the reindeer’s weren’t there as they only work one day a year because they have a big job and need rest. He was awesome and we are still in awe!!! It beat all our expectations! Even us adults are on a holiday high from his visit!

This is why we've been in this business for 48 yrs....People such as Kim & Her family make it all worthwhile ! Merry Christmas

The Santa was very nice and professional, but I paid for an hour and he left in 20 minutes. He seemed to be in a rush the whole time and only took pictures. No singing or stories.

Frank: Because of the amount of stops on Christmas Eve our Santa’s visits only last 15-20 minutes, other days the can be up to an hour, if you weren’t communicated that when you booked we apologize. In addition, if and when your Santa contacted you if you wanted stories/songs you should have told him beforehand. Each customer has different needs, Santa Mark would have been happy to oblige, however he was never told prior to arrival. He told me he stayed extra to sing Happy Birthday to a guest and afterwords, some remarked how Santa had a lot of stops to make, he took that as a cue to depart. We will credit $25 of your visit back to your account. Happy New Year

Santa Steve was phenomenal for our children's birthday/holiday party. He has a gentle, jolly, and magical air about him that captures the spirit of Santa. He also has a commanding knowledge of what the North Pole is like. Santa Steve engaged with the children, answered questions, read a book, and sang songs. It was delightful! All of the children thought he was the 'real' Santa, for different reasons, and all of the adults wanted to know where he came from?! (Maybe he really is from the North Pole?) He even made me believe in Santa again! Thanks Chicago Santas and especially Santa Steve for bringing the true Santa to our home.

We had a fantastic experience with Chicago Santas. Both Santas were great and we are already looking into booking for next Christmas! Santa Steve was amazing! He sang to the children, read with the children and really brought in an essence of Santa that had all of us in the spirit. Santa Chip was also great and professional! They were both willing to do whatever we needed to get good photos!

Santa Mark was great. He arrived promptly and thrilled our Grandson. He was kind and loving. I would definitely recommend him! On the other hand, the man who called the day before was rude and talked very curt. He said I had not paid and they would not be there unless I paid immediately. i tried to tell him I had paid in full when booking and would send him a copy of invoice. He refused abd said "I wont deal with you!" He hung up leaving me in tears. later he called to apologize but it was all very uncalled for. clean up your reps! my ratings were bases on Santa except last one.

Believe us everyone: this actor is the REAL DEAL. "Santa" arrived in full costume, and did an incredible job at our in-store event. All the customers' kids loved him, and he went the extra mile with each. (For instance, one kid asked for a Playstation, and he kindly replied, "Which one?," as he rattled off all of the models. "Oh, I like that one, too," Santa said.) We were incredibly impressed with the care that Santa took in handling tiny infants that were passed to him. He was patient, warm, compassionate and kind--all the characteristics that one would expect from Santa. This Santa took no breaks; he arrived in character...and left the same! He's YOUR guy.
