The Frozen Queen was absolutely beautiful! She was very sweet to the kids and all of her interactions were princess/Queen worthy! My daughter and all of her friends loved her story time and the fun they had while Queen Elsa was here. She looked JUST as she did in the movie- I highly recommend her!!!! Very impressed all- around!

Queen Elsa, and Princess Anna were fabulous at my 4 years old birthday party! They interacted well with the kids and helped in getting them ready to play games and sing Happy Birthday. They were great and patient with all the photos wanting to be taken. I loved how they were always in character. My favorite thing I over heard was one of the little girls said her favorite animal was a tiger and Anna responded with, "My friend Princess Jasmine has a pet tiger." I would recommend them to anyone!

Ashley was great as Queen Elsa. My daughter was mesmerized by her costume and singing. Queen Elsa was very professional with all of the girls questions. We loved the whole hour with Queen Elsa. Thanks for making my daughter's birthday sooo special.

Mark was phenomenal! He was so great with the pets on our property. Looked like a natural! He looked very professional in his Santa suit and was especially great with the kids in getting them in the Christmas spirit! well over all it was okay. we booked for Sophia to come out for 1.5hrs to entertain about 18 kids but received a call 2 hrs. before the party she was rushed to the hospital. Luckily the lady called back asking if I would like for Bell to show up for 30mins and do a meet and greet. It being our daughter's 5th birthday I needed someone to come out since it was a big day and a lot of her friends were here. Bel was able to make it out 30mins before our party was going to end and did what she needed to do. She was amazing. I just hope that I'm able to get some kind of partial refund since it wasn't Sophia and had to entertain more than I wanted too.

It was unfortunate that our original character had to have an emergency appendectomy. We worked extremely hard to get another princess, in order to keep her child from being disappointed. We called the client as soon as we heard the original lady had to go to the hospital & we kept her informed of our progress in trying to find a substitute. As it turns out, the best we could do was a different princess character, who had to rush there after another party. Client was not asked to pay full balance due, because of the shorter time, & was told she could call us after the party to work out an additional refund. While we waited for her call, this review was published.

Santa looked great and told story's which we weren't expecting. The kids loved it. He could have been more jolly. Kind of sounded like a regular man dressed like Santa but the little kids still love it. There wasn't any "Ho, Ho.Ho Merrry Christmas!!" feeling

Gig masters itself was fine. We didn't have a great experience with our Santa, Ralph. First, he was late. Second, he changed in the bathroom and it took him forever. My husband was pounding on the door- when he finally came out, it was clear he had been USING the bathroom (stank to high heaven). Left his clothes all over the floor- and my husband had to clean them up so the kids didn't ask questions. He seemed grumpy, and didn't seem very happy to be at our party. Overall, an underwhelming Santa. Several kids, including my own, told me they knew he was fake. That is disappointing for everyone.
