Papa Claus was very unprofessional and fairly rude to staff and parents. From the second he got here he was very rude that we immediately wanted to send him home. We were concerned how he would react with our students. although he was awesome with our kids he was very rude to parents and staff. Definitely would not book again!

I'm shocked with this review. I have been doing this for 13 years now. Never have I received anything lower than five-star review. I feel as though this review is from an alternate universe. I was not rude nor unprofessional. If anything, I tried to be helpful with their set up and photographer. Everyone seemed to be in great spirits with me and my performance. The parents were happy with me. If you would see their photos taken with me. Including staff and parents, they were all quite pleased. I even stayed a few minutes over to accommodate last minute pics. I do not know what I did to this person for her to leave such a scathing review. I even deviated from my regular procedure to accommodate the request to add the Santa chair and toy soldiers after the deposit was finalized. One thing I don't understand is, if as she says, I was awesome with the children. Why did I just get two stars for talent? If there is something I did to wrong this person, I sincerely, humbly apologize.

We really enjoyed having Papa Claus surprise our kids! He is a beautiful Santa and his voice was perfect for reading the short Christmas story for us! Our kiddies are very young and he had true patience with them! Highly recommend!

I have never been this happy with a performer. Papa Claus was so friendly and everyone loved him. He took time withbeach child and the kids loved him. I would highly recommend him and we plan to use him for our event again next year.

Papa Claus was wonderful with the children for our neighborhood's annual pictures with Santa event. He managed to get even the most reluctant of toddlers to cooperate! Already booked him for next year!

He was outstanding from the first point of contact through the completion of our event. He was kind, professional and genuine. He was accommodating and flexible, even taking extra time to make sure every child had a chance to take pictures with him. Fantastic experience .He used some information that he was given about the Children's nicknames and Likes . He was very soft spoken and gentle with fearful children .Made this Christmas very memorable for my Children and grand Children . Highly recommend him for young children that are apprehensive of Santa. I could not have been happier with his performance

Looked and acted like the real deal! Was wonderful with the kids and even got one to warm up to taking a picture with him, which is not an easy thing to do! Would definitely recommend Papa Claus. He is bilingual in English and Spanish too.

Papa Claus was GREAT! Very photogenic! All of the kids loved him and he was so patient with them all. He was very gentle and kind, but also very funny and helped entertain the older kids. He's also bilingual- This made everything so much easier for everyone! We will definitely be calling him again for future Christmas parties. He was a star! Don't hesitate and don't miss out on this guy!
