We hired the real bearded Santa Joe last year. He was amazing. Rave reviews. We shared all is information with our friends who also used him. Unfortunately this year he canceled the night before our party and sent another Santa that was no where near the talent we paid for. Never gave of us choice of who he was sending. :(

Unfortunately, this review is less than truthful. In Dec 2018, the client miscalculated the duration of their event, asked me to stay an extra hour, promised to pay for it, but later ignored requests for that payment. It was my intention to come to the 2019 event and personally request payment. But I became ill the day before the 2019 event and spent that day in the hospital. They were informed of my illness and I offered a respected, experienced Santa in my place. He showed up on time and later reported their were no issues during his work. This venue needs a rating system for clients, too.

Santa was amazing!!!!! All my guests loved him especially the kids

He looks like Santa and is the perfect Santa Clause. He may have actually come from the North Pole!

Santa Joe was amazing! He exceeded our exceptions! The children loved him and the parents all complimented how great he was. Santa Joe even sang Santa Claus Is Coming To Town as he was departing, perfect ending to a successful event. We will definitely use Santa Joe at our future Christmas events.

Real Beard Santa Joe joined us for a 70th birthday party where there were Santa fans of all ages, including 11 kids under 10. He was the star of the party and related to each person in such a warm and special way that everyone came away with a smile and the true spirit of Christmas. Completely disappointed. Waiting for a resolution to a situation. Such an unprofessional way to treat a paying customer.
