Santa Chris was amazing! He arrived 20 minutes early of his call time and was extremely professional. He brought the magic of the holidays to our event and I couldn't be happier with booking him.

He was very rude when calling him before to confirm his time of arrival. He hung up right in the middle of me talking. If it wasn't for our party needing a Santa Claus for the kids we definitely would've canceled him coming all together because of his attitude. He had horrible customer service skills. The only good thing about him was he was nice to the kids.

Chris did a great job. He contacted me well before the event to discuss expectations and was very professional and not too over the top. The kids and adults loved him! He did get there a few minutes late due to some traffic issues but that can happen. I would highly recommend him.

Santa Chris was wonderful! My grandkids were so enchanted with him! He read to them, helped decorate the Christmas tree (my granddaughter couldn't wait to tell her friend!). He was very patient with my grandson who was trying to find out if this was really Santa! He made each of the grandkids feel special. The kids were sure they heard the reindeer on the roof and saw Santa's sleigh in the sky after he left! Santa Chris helped to make this a very special Christmas!

He was a professional! He was wonderful with all the children and took time to spend with them individually. He posed for lots of pictures. He was so kind and patient. All the party guests commented on how wonderful he was. He made my son's birthday party very special.
