Everything was great, except he promised Ms. Clause and a throne chair. I agreed to pay the price for additional services, told others she was coming and the chair and he showed up with neither. Like he didn't know or care what had been promised. That was pretty disappointing to me.

I am new to scheduling bookings for the Bash. In your description, you said "it would be nice to have Mrs. Clause". I interpreted that as a suggestion and not a commitment. I should have called you to verify. My responsibility and. I apologize. As for the chair, it is large and heavy and we did not have anyone to help load it . Again, communication lapse on my part. Santa gave you 30 extra minutes at no charge. I am learning also to have a contract in place so everything is clear and we are promptly compensated for our time as promised in the request. Appreciate your comments. Thank you. Please fulfill you payment commitment promptly. Mrs

I was so impressed and so were our 200 attendees of the Santa. He conducted himself as the real deal! We were all happy to have him part of our company Christmas Party! Will definitely refer my friends and family about Santa Claus Express!

Santa arrived on time and ready to go! He mingled so nicely with the kiddos (there were about 20... 1yr old to 7 year old babies and kids). He walked around and talked with them, read a story, and sat for pictures. Santa was happy to accommodate all of the children with how much they wanted to interact with him. He was very patient with the scared ones and somehow got the one-year-old b-day boy to stop crying long enough for a good picture! His santa suit was beautiful! We will definitely use him again.

Santa came in and was very professional. He took pictures with adults, children and pets. He was never out of character and was extremely friendly. He looked exactly like Santa Claus and I would strongly recomment the Santa who was at our holiday party.

This was my first time booking a Santa to come surprise my nephew, and it was an AWESOME experience. The look on my nephew's face when he saw Santa at his door was PRICELESS. Santa knew Dylan by name, talked about their Elf on the Shelf who had been reporting back to him, read a Christmas story, had him sit on his knee to talk about presents, and posed for many pictures. His costume was perfect, his beard was great, and Dylan believes the real Santa came to their house and hung out with him. Santa was a very good sport and obliged when the boys took him to see their Elf, and Dylan's new bicycle in the garage. I'm definitely calling again next year.

Santa and Mrs. Claus arrived on time and were an immediate hit with our 6 grandchildren. Our big boys were engaged and interested - just in case they were the "real thing." We had a photographer who took pictures of Santa and Mrs. Claus with each of the children. Mrs. Claus read a The Night Before Christmas and then Santa handed out gifts to each of the kids. He brought candy canes for all of us. His visit lasted 45-50 minutes. He really looks like Santa and said "Ho, ho, ho." We were pleased.

Santa looked exactly like the real Santa from the real white beard to the beautiful costume. It is always nice to have him arrive on time and he did just that ! However, I could tell Santa is a New Santa, it seemed to me that he was a bit nervous and needed help keeping the conversation going. I believe with a bit more practice Santa would get a 5 Star from me. I plan to schedule him for next year.

Santa came to my house on December 8,2012 for a surprise birthday dinner party formula spouse. We had so much fun. He was very professional. I have very very high expectations, and Santa met my expectation's for my guest. It was a fun and clean party. I would highly recommend this Santa. Santa and Mrs Claus were great . I left gifts on the porch and he brought them in in his santa sacks . We had 15 plus kids and he was very accommodating with all the pictures we wanted. They read a story and handed out gifts . All the kids enjoyed them . We will use him again
