Santa David makes wonderful pictures with Santa. He has that special little glow that a REAL Santa has. On the negative side, he just wasn't very warm with the children. His interaction with the kids was limited and just not as jolly as we would have liked Santa to be.

Naturally, I'm glad of the first two sentences of Heather's comments, but I beg to differ with the last two sentences. I was as warm and interactive with the children as it was possible to be in a situation where there was a huge line the entire time and there wasn't any more time to be more involved with each child, although I certainly tried. I'm not sure what she wanted me to do to be "more jolly." I was warm, smiling and laughing with all the children that I could be. One thing people who hire a Santa don't realize is that if you're too animated, it scares the children. A Santa has to gauge each child's comfort level and adjust accordingly.

Santa David arrived on time , had a nice suite. He was not too engaging with the kids and kids lost interest after 10 minutes.

I'm not sure what Ms. Rubanov wanted, exactly. I did precisely what she said to do. I'm not sure how I could have been any more "engaged" with the kids; as you can see from my other reviews, this is not the opinion of the majority of my clients. Two of her boys were eager to show Santa some card tricks they learned; I played along and was very interested in what they were doing. Again, how do you get more engaged than that? People just sometimes have unrealistic expectations of what a Santa visit is supposed to entail.
