This experience for our family was truly magical. The grandchildren, ages 2-5 are the perfect ages for a Santa visit. The questions and interaction with both Santa and Mrs Claus was priceless to watch. The time flew by, they handled everything professionally and laughter was a huge part of the time. The children received a coloring book, markers and a slinky as Santa comes on Christmas Eve leaving the requested gift. For our family this was a day of moving forward and healing after a child surviving cancer and the pandemic restrictions. 2020 a year we will remember. Thank you Santa Phil and Mrs. Claus.

Mrs Claus was a delight to plan everything for our special surprise! She went out of her way to fit us in given special circumstances with our son who has Cerebral Palsy. The experience was simply amazing and my son cannot stop talking about how Santa and Mrs Claus came to see him at HIS HOUSE! It was truly a magical memory that we will all cherish forever! Santa knew the boys names, grades, likes, read them a story and gave gifts! It was spectacular!

This was a last minute decision to find a Santa-for-hire to do a birthday surprise. The communication with Mrs. Claus was very timely and she captured the additional small details we sent to her via GigMasters Messaging so that Santa could know those things when he came in. Santa Phil was a wonderful Santa! We also had a 1 year old that was very excited and Santa had him on his lap, joyful and giggling for most of the visit. We were able to get several photos of the office staff, the birthday girl and her husband & baby boy. I would highly recommend Santa Phil & Mrs. Claus.

Mr. and Mrs. (Phil) Santa Claus were wonderful! They made the children have a magical experience, and all of the adults enjoyed watching them with the children....would recommend this couple to everyone. So glad we planned this event!

Santa Phil and Mrs. Claus have been great! From the second he walked in the door until he left, he was engaged & genuine! He took individual time w/all children for a chat & pictures. He was fun for all! They took time for group & family photos. Story time was so sweet as he read to the kids. We had two children not able to come w/last minute stomach bug, I meant to ask him to record a mesaage to them, I forgot - we called Mrs Claus, she recorded him & tried to text, however it never came through. They have agreed to call the brother & sister tonight, might even be able to FaceTime! Above and beyond! Will book next year again!

Santa and Mrs. Claus had a fun chat with the two children. We look forward to seeing everyone next year. Thanks!

Overall, we were very pleased with the services provided by Santa Phil and Mrs. Claus. Mrs. Claus handled all of the scheduling and was very quick to respond/answer any questions we sent over. She even sent over info for other vendors that could offer additional services during the event (face painting, etc). For the event itself, Santa Phill arrived about 40 minutes late but as soon as he arrived, he was jolly and interactive with the kids. All of the kids at our event loved Santa (and his authentic beard)! He ended up staying past the original event end time to make up for the lost time in the beginning. Despite the late arrival, we would definitely recommend!

We were happy the evening ended well, after Santa had the unbelievable bad luck to be caught behind three separate accidents on the way, despite allowing what he thought was ample time. We look forward to a repeat visit.

We absolutely loved having Santa Phil and Mrs. Claus at our neighborhood party! They took their time meeting with each of the children and even did a special reading of “Twas the Night Before Christmas.” We will definitely be booking them again for our next Christmas event!

Santa came without Mrs. Claus and hot paid for both. Santa Phil was low on energy and didn't seem too jolly. Overall I wasn't really satisfied.

Mrs. Claus is sorry that you were disapointed in your visit. If you look at your request, you will see that under services needed: only Santa Claus was requested. In our conversations, I explained that you would not need 2 hours for a few children, and explained that $170.00 would be the fee for one hour. Mrs. Claus would have been happy to come for an additional fee. Merry Christmas

Santa Phil is the real life Santa! He made not 1, but 2 events so special for our company. Mrs. Claus works out all of the logistics and Santa Phil works his magic.
