Overall, we were pleased, however Sylvia showed up an hour and a half late without notifying me (the bride) or the wedding coordinator. She did stay late to make up for that, but the last thing a bride needs to worry about it one of her vendors showing up late without notification. The guests were very pleased with Sylvia's work and loved that this was their take home gift.

Hi Kimberly, I wanted to respond to you and let you know I appreciate your comments. I am glad to see you were overall pleased with my work. It is never in my plan to be late and due to circumstances on the day of your wedding. The traffic was extremely worse than I could ever anticipate. I travel to San Diego quite often and not experienced it so bad before. Unfortunately, I am confused as to why your coordinator at Kelly InStone Weddings did not inform you of my status. Sylvia is the best!! She cuts amazingly fast and the guests were raving about it after! I loved it more than the typical photo booth. We framed our silhouettes and they're so cute! We can't thank Sylvia enough for the great job she did. So happy she was at our wedding! :)

Sylvia was great! A good majority of our guests were able to get their silhouettes done by Sylvia. She went for 3 hours straight, and was terrific! She definitely captured all of our likenesses very well. Very satisfied with her service :)

I have no rating for this particular artist, given that she was no show at my Wedding. Prior to the event she was easy to correspond with, but sometimes slow to respond and difficult to get a hold of. Due to alledged confusion, she was a no show. Sylvia's Sylhouettes were to be the favors for my guests. No show=no favors. I had special stickers made and purchased a pricey book to show case the silhouettes. Gigmasters has required that I provide additional paperwork to support my claim. This change was known to Sylvia, and I have forwarded the documentation onto the customer service department. This incident has not been easy to resolve. So much for 5 stars!

We loved having Sylvia! She was so nice and professional, and was definitely a hit with our guests. Most of them had never seen a silhouette artist at a wedding before, so it was a nice treat! And we loved the guest book she provided for us with everyone's silhouettes.

I began communication with Sylvia about 4 months or so before my wedding and I paid a $50 deposit to book our date for her services. I ended up choosing to cancel her services 2 weeks before my wedding due to a lack of communication and a lot of unanswered questions which left me feeling more anxious than excited to have her work at our event. I am unaware of any circumstances that may have led to her being unable to respond to my communication as I still have not received a response since I reached out to her to cancel. I believe she has a great talent but I was not impressed with the professionalism or courtesy I received during the booking process.

Sylvia and Jasmine were a wonderful addition to our wedding! We wanted to add another activity to our cocktail hour and reception, and we thought silhouettes would be an interesting idea. They were a hit! Sylvia is very talented and surprisingly quick with her craft. The detail in her silhouette cutouts that she's able to achieve in just seconds is something special. We also got a very cute book with a copy of all the silhouettes made at the wedding, with a nice note from Sylvia and Jasmine. Also, she's quite affordable compared to other silhouette vendors. We'd reccomend them for any event!

Our guests absolutely loved having Sylvia cut out their portrait! It was a very unique experience and different from the typical photo booths that are found at parties.
