Joe was amazing! I would definitely recommend any of our future friends that are looking for a similar experience to book Joe! His voice made everything that much more romantic and special. It had everyone crying their eyes out (in a good way)! He had a great selection of songs to choose from and our unique day was even more unique with the music. I wish we could relive the day over and over again and if we could we would have Joe play each time!

We were so impressed with Joe! Not only was he extremely professional and accommodating but he is an amazing performer! He played the cocktail hour for our wedding and kindly agreed to stay and play our first song, “You are the best thing” which sounded exactly like Ray Lamontagne! Our wedding was in Lake Placid, NY and we hired Joe to perform from the pre-wedding music, through dinner, and finally the reception. He was an absolute delight to work with as he has a great selection of music to play from. I also asked for some recommendations and was able to implement into our music line up. Our wedding song was not on his list but he was able to learn and it was beautiful to hear live and with his acoustic guitar. We had Joe play at our wedding for our ceremony and cocktail hour. He was super easy going and professional throughout. We emailed back and forth. He came very prepared and didn’t need anything from us. Our guests raved about him during cocktail! He had all of the ceremony songs I wanted under his belt already too. Planning a wedding is incredibly stressful. I knew I wanted a special touch that would reflect mine and the grooms style by hiring an acoustic guitarist. We contracted with Joe for a private corporation event reception. He showed up early, even while dealing with the strict venue security. He set up his equipment quickly and started performing right on time. His music created the perfect setting for our outdoor reception. We would absolutely work with him again in the future!

We booked Joe for a wedding and he was the best choice we could have made! We had a smaller 60 person intimate wedding venue. He was exactly what we were looking for. His voice and instrumental skills were amazing. We had many emails with Joe to confirm different songs and timing of the event, he always responded quickly. Joe played at my son's wedding in Newport. He played under the very difficult restriction of not being allowed to amplify his instrument or voice after 6pm (a weird noise ordinance at the hotel). Although a restriction like this would have crippled a lot of solo musicians, Joe took it in stride and did an amazing job. There were a couple of other professional musicians attending as guests and they all remarked on how talented Joe was. He has a great voice and is a talented guitarist. I would recommend him to anyone and in fact several people at the wedding said that they hoped to hire him for future events of their own. Great job Joe. Thanks!!

Joe was phenomenal. I was very impressed. The party started at 5:00 and he came an hour early to set up. The music he chose to sang was fabulous and his voice very soothing. All night long, everyone was asking for his card. The event was for a 70'th birthday party with around 40 people. It was at my home. Everything Joe did was great. Joe Greaney was an absolute delight to have at our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. My husband and I feel so lucky that we discovered him on Gigmasters. Joe's knowledge of present day songs and classic songs is endless - I spent weeks trying to decide which songs I would like for him to play in the 1.5 hours that he would be at our wedding.
