The character elsa was horrible! She looked terrible her wig was almost falling off, the fact that I spent all that money disgusts me, and the fact that you have have them as cloents. I will never use this service again

It wasn't that he wasn't 'talented', it was just that he wasn't really right for the part. Very nice kid, professional, and did the best he could. I understand that 'supplies are limited' at this time of year, but next year I will specify an older actor to fit the 'part'.

Prior to booking with people's choice I asked to see a picture of the Ariel I was getting specifically because of reviews I read. I received a picture of a beautiful mermaid and was told the girls may vary. When she walked in I was almost embarresed because this girl who was very sweet, looked nothing like the little mermaid. She didn't even have red hair. She attempted to play music for the kids but her radio was broken. Unfortunately she was about a half hour late (because of traffic and weather) and most of the kids were already leaving. She was able to paint some faces but that is about it. i feel as though I was deceived.

The Darth Vader costume was very poor and looked like a Halloween costume or pajamas. Plus, the actor was not very animated and did not give off an imposing presence like one would expect from Darth. He was accommodating in making balloon animals though, so that made up for it.

Paid $120 for 30 minutes of entertainment. At the 22 minute mark Sprinkles told us that she needed to leave, needed the balance owed to her asap because she had to hurry up and get to another job that she just booked. We understand that's how she makes her money but we essentiall paid $120 for less than 30 minutes and felt like we were totally rushed. All for someone to walk around in a half decent mickey costume and dance to a CD.

Though the kids had fun and were entertained.... I was very dissatisfied and so were the patents of the 17 kids that i assured would get to see tinkerbell. Miss Dugan dressed inappropriately. Her costume was see thru, her cleavage was very exposed and looked nothing like tinkerbell. She is an older lady and shouldnt have been dressed up as tinkerbell. My daughter.... The bday girl asked me if that was tinkerbell's mother! Ms dugan was nice but I am overall dissatisfied!

Very unhappy with the service. It was nice to have 2 ppl and ballon art was great but face painting was tattoo art that I could do myself. Minnie Mouse costume was nothing like the image in the gallery! Her legs and arms were showing and she was wearing flats. My 3 year old although had a great time knew that it was not the real Minnie Mouse! They were very nice but I feel the services were not worth the fee. Get a better costume and no skin showing absolutely unacceptable!

During the reservation, we agreed that on face painting, balloon twisting and unicorn visiting. It sounded great and I was concerned 1 hr might not be enough so I asked if we run out of time then how it will be for 1.5 hrs. I was told 185$. On the day of event, the lady showed up on time, I thought it was going to be great. However, that was not the case, she was first in her phone for a good 5 min, then the kid lined up for balloons and since we only have 7 kids. That part was done in 20 min. I then asked how about face painting, the lady then said she can only do balloons, if i need face painting it will 50$ extra, so 200$ for 1.5 hr. I asked her to do it anyway
