I cannot begin to describe how pleased EVERY SINGLE PERSON was with this group at the party. Hale's voice is phenomenal! I'm so glad I heard about this site and I'm so happy I found Hale and her band. I got nothing but compliments on how wonderful the music was. These guys are honestly great! Everyone was in awe! The sound was great, their attitudes were great, they looked great- I couldn't be happier with our choice!
To Hale and the band: Again, I want to thank you so much for making last night a success! You guys keep doing what you do. You were an absolute pleasure to listen to!

Hale and the Southpaw Preachers were absolutely fantastic! We couldn't have asked for a better band. They are incredibly talented and all our guests were on their feet and dancing the whole evening! Two thumbs wayy up!

Hale and her band were fantastic. They were professional, on time and courteous. Hale's voice was amazing and the band was great. I really can't say enough about how much we enjoyed them. Just wish we could have had them longer :)

Hale and the band were even better than I was expecting. She was a pleasure to communicate with ahead of time (I am out of state) and really went out of her way to make this easy for me. On the night of our wedding, we were blown away by their talent! We had so many guests compliment the wonderful music, thank you so so much!!!!

Hale and her band are outstanding! I haven't heard a voice like hers in a very long time. The group handled each and every request beautifully from old standards to current pop ... they are all so talented! They were also very professional during the planning stages of the event. Hale, please produce a cd soon! I know over 100 people who'd be interested in purchasing one, so keep us in mind.

Hale and the band were a great addition to our wedding ceremony and reception. They were able to accommodate nearly every request we made of them. They even provided accompaniment for my grandparents to sing a duet during the ceremony! Great music and great vibe. A true class act.

We had a great time with the IdeaPlanet crew. Their new headquarters is incredible! More than once I had to drag musicians away from the amazing artwork and displays.
Per industry standard, we take a 15-minute break every 45-50 mins. If this ran over a few minutes, it may have been due to the long restroom wait. I had to tell my guys "sorry, no restroom time" when it was obvious the line was longer than our break time. I sincerely apologize if this caused our breaks to run a little long.
I have noted your suggestion and will take additional measures to be vigilant.

I hired the band for my wedding and they were amazing. We only had a couple of conversations over the phone and the band was perfect! Everyone, from parents to friends thoroughly enjoyed the music, and I loved how the band encouraged participation from the guests. I am a musician, and many of my friends at the wedding are professional musicians, and there was nothing but praise for the group. Hale has a beautiful voice, and the talent of the musicians exceeded my expectations. They played a little swing, and picked up on how much or guests loved blues. For the First Dance, their rendition of Take Five was incredible!

Reflecting back on Victoria's wedding, it was so wonderful to see swing dancing at a reception! These two were pretty musical themselves; they figured out how to actually dance to "Take 5" - no small feat! I also have to compliment you two on your planning. You were so easygoing and laid back, wonderful to work for!

The Southpaw Preachers showed up and showed out. With their help, our restaurant hosted the most successful New Year's Eve Celebration since our opening. Hale and the guys arrived promptly and worked with what little space we had and made it happen. Everything went off without a hitch. Customers were up and dancing and many have already asked if they would be back next year. You will have zero regrets if you book The Southpaw Preachers! It was a pleasure having them!

HOLY. COW. The Southpaw Preachers played my wedding in Dallas and absolutely killed it. I cannot stress enough how talented and wonderful this band is. Hale's vocals blew everyone away, and the band was so accommodating to arrange a string set for the ceremony and songs they'd never played before at our request. Friendly, professional, and they LOOKED amazing too! Just a wonderfully talented group that is SO much more impressive than a boxed "wedding band." Jazzy and funky and cool. As you know, a band can make or break a wedding and the Southpaw Preachers brought an energy that complemented our vibe so well. I love these guys and would book them again in a heartbeat
