He had 3 steel drums, played family friendly music, and was interactive with the crowd. Definitely changed the party's atmosphere and allowed for everyone to enjoy the day because the music was not aggressive, offensive, or inappropriate for any age group. Plan to use them again next year!

Absolutely AMAZING! Arrived early to assure plenty of time for set up and was very flexible and accommodating in terms of location and theme. We had a backyard 40th birthday party and it fit perfectly. Music carried all through the yard, it set a great tone for the event. Everyone could not stop talking about how great the performance was, music went from classic steel drums to top hits incorporated into steel drums and even requests were being taken. I highly recommend AmeriCalypo! We will definitely be booking again and so will our friends.

AmeriCalypso was FANTASTIC! We loved having them as a part of our wedding and reception. Professional, courteous and just very nice people. We would 100% hire them again for an event in the future. It's not just steel drums, but lights & singing as well! We were so pleased with everything. Awesome experience!

I had no idea what to expect having never heard AmeriCalypso but the music was fantastic! We had a large room with 40 people and everyone was commenting on how wonderful the sound was. Great selection, not overpowering but more than enough for everyone to enjoy. Highly recommend

Greg turned my simple gathering into a true celebration with a tropical island feel! We enjoyed Calypso, Reggae, Beach music and Motown. For the holidays he added a short set of Christmas music! We cleared a space for him to set up his steel drums and congas and bongo drums. He was there early and stayed for an encore. I will definitely have him back!

First, I would like to thank AmeriCalypso for accommodating our short notice event. Our first event was canceled due to Hurricane Florence. However, we were a bit disappointed in the overall production of AmeriCalypso. He was supposed to arrive at 4pm to be ready by 5pm for our Luau. He did not show up until after 4:30. We offered assistance setting up/carrying equipment several times to speed it up. By 5:15 the guests had arrived and setup was still not complete. We asked if he could at least play background music while he was setting up his drums but was unable to accommodate. The music did not start until 5:45. Music was hard to hear bc of his speakers.
