One of the three band members did not show, however, this did not seem to affect the quality of the performance.

My experience was not pleasant and is not based on the performance since they cancelled an hour and a half before my party. While I understand that emergencies can happen, I do believe I should have gotten more notice of the cancellation which would have allowed me to make the adjustment to my party's entertainment. In addition to the cancellation, it took over a month to be refunded my deposit which I thought was very poor customer services. Again this review is not based on their performance since I never received but more about the poor customer service I received.

Caribbean Steel was extremely sorry for the short notice cancellation of this event. Illness do arise and it was unfortunate. Caribbean Steel did their best to provide a replacement. The deposit was refunded. Again, we are sorry.
