We hired Island Time to play at an engagement party that we hosted last weekend (at the recommendation of a friend). His performance set the tone for a wonderful evening. His music provided great background ambience that made the party feel more fun and festive.
Gregg also was extraordinarily professional. He confirmed everything by email; He arrived very early to set up and get organized; and he was completely flexible about the amount of time he would play.
In short, I couldn't have been more pleased with Island Time. And, I would recommend it (and Gregg) without hesitation.

Overall it couldn’t have gotten any better. Over 300+ people in attendance and everyone loved him. Gregg is VERY talented and everyone was raving about him after he left. He was so professional and fun. Five starts all around. So easy to work with, easy set up and break down. I highly recommend!

Greg was phenomenal to work with. From the day we contacted him he was extremely responsive and prompt with his follow up. He gave great tips and advice pre-wedding and was extremely professional and helpful the day of the wedding. Everyone enjoyed his music and having him there set a great vibe! island Time Steel Band was the perfect choice for an Under the Sea themed receception that we hosted in Newport for close to 500 people. He was amazingly professional in every way and incredibly talented. His song choices were spot on for our needs. I would hire ITSB again in a heartbeat for any event that calls for a steel drum band.

Gregg was great to work with. He kept in communication with me all throughout the planning process. Contracting was simple, and the price was very reasonable. He set up on time, and the music he played set all the guests in a good mood right away, transporting us immediately to St. Thomas or some such place! I would definitely recommend Island Time Steel Band!

Ideal combination of professional business interaction and a very talented musician. Steel Time Band is one individual. Greg could not have been more professional. Was on time, set up smoothly and played with very little interuption. Helped out some guests with technical issues they were having. If you are looking for a laid back Island sound (which we were) then I would recommend him without reservation.
