We hired Sterling C. Sample to play the steel drum at a Surprise birthday party in Long Beach Island, NJ. Sterling was on time, played a great mix of music, had everyone dancing and singing along. He was also super kind, professional and courteous. We can’t wait to hire him again for a future event!

OH MY GOSH!!!! This guy is AMAZING!!! Booked him for our daughter's wedding, and within 30 minutes, he had everyone up dancing! The guests all wanted him to stay all night!!!! Sterling C Sample's Island Music is the BOMB!!!!

Having Sterling at your event will guarantee fun! I had him attend for the final 1.5 hours of my high school reunion. We had a DJ for the first part, then Sterling came in as a surprise and blew everyone away. People loved the steel drums and he got everyone dancing - so much fun!

Sterling was simply amazing. I hired him for my wedding at the Westbury Manor to do Cocktail hr and he totally killed it. My guest all loved him, his music, his performance, his style. People could not stop talking about him. Although I didn't get to see much of his performance, what I witness I was very happy with and loved it. My guest were totally blown away and happy with him and that made me happy. I will definitely recommend him to any event that you may have cause I guarantee he will not disappoint.

We hired Sterling for our cocktail hour and let me tell you, it WAS THE best decision we made. He was so professional and the guests WERE LOVING it. They even took videos to send to me because they enjoyed him so much. Having the steel drums was my one must have for the day and I am so glad I found Sterling. I would totally hire him again in the future for any type of party. There are not enough good things to say.

Sterling communicated with me prior to the date of our event; he arrived early to set up and then he greeted guests with his steel drum island music. Sterling Sample played at my book party yesterday. He arrived on time and gave a rousing performance of his music. He was the life of the party and his singing kept everyone entertained. Several people there said they were also going to hire him and I will be a repeat customer for future events. Professional. Extremely talented pan player. Warm spirit. I would add a sixth star if I could. Highly recommend.

Sterling was amazing! I didn't see him arrive but he was set up and playing music at exactly the right time. He's got a great voice and personality. He involved the audience and it was a great addition to my wedding! Everyone told me how unique and special it was! My wedding was in a fancy hall and still his style translated beautifully. Would totally hire him again!
