Wedding Ceremony•Reviewed on September 1, 2026•From Amherst, MA

The Amherst String Ensemble did an amazing job performing at our wedding ceremony. We asked them to learn our favorite song for us, which is a technically challenging song, and they performed it flawlessly! They sounded fantastic and were very professional. Our guests loved the live music as much as we did! We highly recommend having them perform at our event!

The Amherst String Ensemble:

We love you, Chelsea! We had a blast performing for you. It was a beautiful day and you did a great job designing the perfect wedding. We wish you the best and hope to see you again soon. Thank you, Charlie

They did a lovely job! I asked for some specific pieces and they were able to accommodate my requests easily. Definitely recommend for weddings.

Wedding•Reviewed on October 17, 2025•From Williamstown, MA

I reached out to the Amherst String Ensemble just a couple of weeks before my daughter's wedding. Their manager, Charlie, was extremely helpful and professional and provided a lovely violin and cello duo for our ceremony. Despite the short timeline, the musicians were able to accommodate all of my daughter's requests for specific selections, and the music was beautiful from the prelude to the recessional. We are grateful to the Amherst String Ensemble for adding so much warmth and joy to our celebration.

The Amherst String Ensemble:

Hello Beverly, great to hear from you, and thank you for the message. It was an absolute honor to play for you. All the best to your family!
