VERY hard to contact/communicate with in the weeks leading up to the wedding. Did not play special request song due to seating arrangement, but never told me that they needed those accomodations. Still charged me to arrange the song/ never refunded. Overall added a lot of stress to my wedding day unnecessarily.

Arreaux Strings and Meredith conversed 4 times in the three weeks approaching the wedding, as well as multiple times in the months before. Meredith repeatedly asked about the arrangement requested and Arreaux repeatedly answered questions about contacting the cantor. There was an obvious miscommunication about the placement of the String Duo at the ceremony. Although Arreaux never specified that all musicians would need to be placed near each other in order to play together (the strings were placed over 100 feet from the cantor in a choir loft), the cantor, who attended the wedding rehearsal, did not bring up this issue to Meredith. I cannot say enough about Arreaux Strings. All of my emails with questions or concerns were promptly responded to. They showed up promptly and immediately set up and got started. The music was beautiful!!! I highly recommend!

Rebecca who was my main contact for the wedding was very easy to work with and plan the music for the ceremony and cocktail hour. The quartet did such a wonderful job and many of my wedding guests remarked about the lovely music played during the ceremony and cocktail hour. Also their fees were very competitive when compared to other string quartets I had contacted.

Rebecca was fantastic to deal with. We made. Last minute request just a few days before our event. Rebecca responded quickly with several options, and also was able to both recommend music choices and work with our ideas. On the day, she turned up in tune to set up without causing any heartburn, played beautifully, and adapted to the needs of our room and ceremony. Thank you and very nicely done!

I hired Arreaux Strings for my wedding, and I am SOOOO happy I did. The string duet added the perfect touch to the ceremony and the two ladies that played were very professional, talented, accommodatin and also very sweet! My experience with Arreaux strings was amazing. They were super accommodating and I didn't have to worry about a thing! I choice unique songs that were no problem at all! I would highly recommend them. They were very affordable as well.

Arreaux Strings performed at our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. They were just wonderful. Rebecca Shaw was accomodating and responsive throughout the whole process. She had an unbelievable amount of music available and even learned a song for our ceremony, "Married Life." It was just perfect. The music was very important to us for our ceremony, and we couldn't have asked for better performers. We highly recommend them for your next event!

Arreaux Strings provided the music for my wedding ceremony. Leading up the event, Rebecca (my contact) was extremely helpful and responding to my emails very quickly. The string quartet played gorgeous music and though I didn't have the pleasure of hearing most of it (I was a bit distracted being the bride and all, haha) my guests complimented how lovely it was. They were clearly talented and went out of their way by playing outside on a chilly fall day. They had a great song selection and helped us decide what to have them play. There was some mix-up with whether we wanted songs before our after our ceremony, and one of the musicians didn't arrive until the last possible moment.

Rebecca and Arreaux Strings were fabulous...the music was beautiful and just as I had imagined. It made the whole ceremony that much more elegant. I would highly reccomend them to anyone.
