We hired Liya Ensemble for our wedding ceremony, and they were absolutely wonderful! From the start, they were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, making the planning process stress-free. On the day of our wedding, they arrived right on time and played beautifully — our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the music! Their performance added such an elegant and romantic touch to our ceremony. We’re so glad we chose them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for talented, professional musicians for their special event.

I am very late to leave this review but wanted to make sure I gave a special shout of to Liya Ensamble for their absolutely beautiful work and professionalism at our wedding in October. The team was able to accommodate several special requests, showed up early, and played stunningly. All of our guests commented on how much they loved listening to the live string quartet. You can tell the quartet played with passion and such care. I cannot thank the team enough for their kindness, quick responses, and generally making the process of working with them seamless. Would recommend them 11/10!

Liya Ensemble performed at our wedding in July 2024. They were outstanding and so easy to work with. They are so talented, and the music added so much to our wedding ceremony and the reception. Liya Ensemble was incredible and we could not have been happier with their performance during our wedding ceremony. They played as a quartet during the outdoor ceremony with about 200 guests. Their music was lovely and it could be heard throughout the ceremony and cocktail hour without the need for speakers. They are incredibly talented and also very accommodating. They played all of the songs we wanted, many of which were not on their set list. They were friendly and easy to work with and made our day easy and incredibly special. I highly recommend.

Liya Ensemble was the perfect touch we wanted for the wedding. They were polite, polished, professional, and fantastic musicians. I loved being able to find musicians that were able to just adapt to the ceremony without having to tell them exactly what to do. Best quartet I’ve found in a long time. The Liya ensemble was incredible! They were a perfect part of our wedding day. Yevgeniy & co. were amazing to work with. We gave them a list of songs we wanted to have played for the wedding ceremony and the cocktail hour, mix of classical and modern contemporary, and they accommodated playing the entire list with no modifications or changes needed, and of course they played it perfectly! We received a ton of compliments for how beautiful their performance was and having them their really just helped to elevate the overall mood. I would definitely recommend the Liya ensemble to anyone who is looking for a way to make their wedding even more magical!

We hired a string duo from Liya Ensemble for our wedding ceremony, and they were absolutely amazing. Their talent and professionalism really blew me away. We had several conversations via e-mail prior to my wedding day to discuss my contemporary music selections, and I have to say that they went above and beyond what I had expected in terms of their performance. Liya Ensemble provided the music at my wedding ceremony, and were great! They offered a competitive rate, and had the best audio clips of any of the string groups we contacted. It was very easy and straightforward to book them through GigMasters, and I only had to exchange a few e-mails with Eugene to confirm all the details for what we wanted day-of. Sadly, we had to move our ceremony indoors at the last minute, due to Hurricane Matthew, but Liya Ensemble rolled with the changes and did a beautiful job in our alternate space. They played all of the songs we requested, and helped make the ceremony feel intimate and romantic - exactly what we wanted! Highly recommend!

We had contracted with Liya Ensemble to play for our son's wedding on Aug. 27. Hurricane Irene had other plans for us and we had to move the festivities up a day. Not only did the ensemble make themselves available to us the night before; they made the trip knowing that the storm could arrive at any time. On top of that, they played beautifully and brought a wonderful calm to what otherwise was a very stressful evening. They were my favorite part of the wedding ceremony and I will always be grateful.
