I hired Loring String Quartet for a yacht cruise that was a theme birthday party. It was Downton Abbey night. The arrangements were spectacular. I reviewed their lengthy offerings in music selections and was pleased to see the variety of genres they offered. I requested a few additional songs that they performed beautifully. The "Birthday Girl" sat in front of them and enjoyed every moment. It was a highlight of her evening. If you are considering a string quartet, be assured I am confident that they will fully satisfy your musical needs far beyond expectations. Thank you Loring String Quartet!!!

Their professionalism is only exceeded by their talent. LSQ saved us by stepping in at the last moment and playing the event. They were organized and punctual and were flexible in adding last minute requests. And the music, oh the music! Our guests were caught up and carried away in the expertly and artistically played pieces. We could not have hoped for a more masterfully produced centerpiece for our event.

i could not have been more pleased with the Loring String Quartet. They played at my son's wedding and were a huge hit with the bride and groom as well as the guests, many of whom specifically mentioned to my son and his wife how much they enjoyed hearing the quartet and that the presence of the quartet "made" the event. they played before and during the ceremony as well as at the reception. the bride had selected mostly pop songs and the choices clearly resonated with the millennials as they clapped and cheered for their favorites. Conor was very easy to work with and his flexibility with last minute adjustments to the program was much appreciated.

We had the Loring String Quartet play do the music for our wedding. What an amazing group of musicians. Conor was very easy to work with, as we had a list of songs we had wanted for our wedding. They played Sweet Child O'Mine by Guns and Roses as I walked my mom in, the song was amazing. They worked with our vocalist going through their songs before the wedding. Very professional group, will recommend to anybody looking for a string quartet. Thanks again to Conor and the Loring String Quartet for making our special day even more special.

We had the Loring String Quartet play at our wedding ceremony, and they did an absolutely fantastic job. The song I chose to walk down the aisle to was a bit unique and wasn't in their repertoire, however, this was no problem for them. They not only accommodated our request, they arranged and performed it so beautifully, that we had multiple guests comment about how beautiful it was (a few even saying it brought tears to their eyes). It honestly couldn't have been more perfect. While we did receive cheaper quotes from other quartets, we felt they did not have the same level of talent and professionalism as the LSQ. They are simply the best!

Loring String Quartet did such an incredible job at our wedding ceremony, we couldn't have been happier! The entire quartet looked and sounded impeccable - they play with such passion and have beautiful arrangements of both classical and contemporary songs. I've heard many string quartets at other weddings and none of them compare, Loring String Quartet is the best hands down and worth the investment!

We just had the Loring String Quartet play at our wedding, they were outstanding. We had less expensive quotes, but after talking to Conor, looking at resumes and listening to their sample music, we decided to go with quality rather than price and we were not disappointed... they were just that good, it was quite remarkable actually. After the reception we received many comments regarding the Loring String Quartet and all of them were extremely complimentary... and this from a crowd of professional theater-goers. They were extremely professional and courteous, and just nice to deal with... there wasn't anything about the experience we would do over.

Loring String Quartet performed at my daughter’s wedding ceremony and cocktail hour and we couldn’t have been more pleased! Their talent and professionalism is second to none and I couldn’t have imagined the beauty they would bring to the musical pieces my daughter had chosen for the ceremony. It was perfection at it's finest! They coordinated so well with the organist/pianist and the soloists and accommodated our every musical request. They also performed a nice variety of music for all genres and ages at the cocktail hour. I heard so many compliments from our guests of how amazing they were! I would highly recommend them and they were a superb investment!

One word sums up the Loring String Quartet: Perfection. My daughter asked me to find a quartet for her wedding. As she's my only daughter, I wanted to make sure I found the right group so the day would be perfect. And indeed it was...My wife and I have been told by many attendees that this was the very best wedding they'd ever been to! Of course there are many elements that played a role, but the one that tied everything together in my mind was the beautiful music played by this very talented group. Great ambiance...Our 5 ratings across the board are all genuine. If I had another wedding to put on, I would make sure we had this same group of excellent musicians!

We hired Conor, a Violinist, from the Loring String Quartet to play along with our Pianist, Sharon Planer. He and our pianist scheduled times to practice together before the ceremony, and were able to find the perfect arrangements for Violin/Piano. The guests at the ceremony were in tears before the ceremony began. We had an outdoor ceremony, and the music was flawless. He is an extremely talented musician, and it sounded like they had played together for years. I would recommend Conor to all of my friends.

Wow! What talent! We picked Loring String Quartet for our wedding and couldn't have been happier! They were so accommodating with everything. Willing to learn new songs for us even when asked at the last minute, played outside when weather wasn't ideal, just an overall great experience! After listening to their music and reading their bios and speaking with Conor O'Brien, we knew that one very important detail was taken care of.
