We had such a great experience with Romanza Music. Marty was super nice and personable. He was also very responsive to all my questions and requests and handled all the logistics (working with the venue, the AV guy etc). He made me feel really good about the musicians and music for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour - all of which was modern music (60s, 70s, 80s mostly) played by a string quartet. Our guests also gave them high praise. Would definitely recommend!

I can't say enough good things about Marty and Romanza Music. If I were to rate them on a scale of 1-10 I would have to choose infinity. Marty was very accommodating in aspects of our dealings and the music was as good as I've heard at Lincoln Center. My guests were thrilled with the program, Marty and The Romanza String Quartet created a beautiful atmosphere and the mini-concert they performed was magnificent. The music is still flowing in my ears.

Marty had great communication from the beginning of the booking all the way to the end of the event. The musicians were fantastic and were in a cheerful mood throughout the entire event. It was a pleasure working with them and hopefully we get to do something together again!

Romanza did an amazing job on our big day. They were very thorough leading up to our wedding day so that they would play exactly what we wanted. They had lots of great suggestions for us too, which made it so easy to pick out a great selection of songs. Their music was absolutely beautiful! Would definitely recommend them.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Marty; he was very responsive and paid close attention to details. Marty, Faina and Sergey added so much to the ambience of our venue. The quality of the music was top-notch and they were beyond professional. One of my bridesmaid even expressed interest in hiring Romanza Music for her sister's wedding next year!
Bottom line, if I need a string trio, or quartet, I now know who to go to, and/or refer!

Working with Marty was an absolute pleasure in every way. Marty's love for music is infectious, and the selections Romanza played were executed beautifully. Equally important, Marty was extremely professional and very organized. We started our wedding planning assuming all of our vendors would follow through with what they promised. We learned the hard way that you can't make that assumption, and became very grateful for the vendors who made our lives easier. Romanza was one of them. I do not give 5-star ratings often, but I will go out of my way to recommend Romanza! Don't hesitate for a second if you have the opportunity to work with them!

Incredible communication! Polite & able to allow any requests we made for our ceremony.
They were nothing but professional, kind and accommodating.
The ceremony ran late, but we were SO incredibly thankful that Marty was understanding and just kept on without an issue, offering entertainment and enchanting music for our guests.

Marty was such a pleasure to work with, his communication and professionalism was outstanding. Marty went above and beyond for our wedding and made the extra effort to accommodate our requests. For example, I requested a song that wasn't on Romanza's repertoire and Marty made the effort to find the music and transcribe it for our special day. From the very beginning, Marty was responsive, helpful, informative, and overall just a doll to work with. Whether it was helping us pick our song choices, or his willingness to talk after hours to help us plan through things, Marty and his team made our wedding easy and stress-free.
If his client management skills are top notch, his musicianship is even better. We were constantly told after our wedding how beautiful the music was. While we can't speak to more contemporary pieces, we went with a fully classical lineup and were very pleased.
Overall, you won't go wrong if you hire Romanza music.

Wonderful musicians! The trio arrived to our reception plenty early to set up and was ready to play when our guests entered the room. They played a nice mix of pieces and was really a classy touch to our reception. If you are looking for a string trio for your event, you should definitely consider hiring Romanza Music.
