Prior to the event, our band contact was great. He was very communicative, explained their process, style, etc. but I have to say I was a bit underwhelmed by the performance. We specifically asked for more big band style (which was within the repertoire of the band) but I feel the style we received was straight forward contemporary jazz. It was well played but not quite what we asked for. I also saw a band member sneak an alcoholic drink - I would have not minded at all but the way he went about it I didn't particularly appreciate. I did ask the band to play for 15 more minutes and it did become somewhat of an issue.

BMR4 played with Toronzo Cannon at our wedding, and what a blast that was. People danced non-stop for 3.5 hrs. Exceptional sound, look, feel, ambiance they created. And what power in the music. We all loved it completely!

Phenomenal! BMR4 played at our daughter’s wedding during the cocktail and dinner hours. They had an excellent song selection, great sound, filled the room without being overbearing. We received numerous compliments from our guests. We highly recommend them. Thank you BMR4!

I booked a blues band (Toronzo Cannon) through BMR4 for my wedding - we had them perform at happy hour. I cannot give BMR4/Toronzo enough credit...they were fantastic! I was impressed from the start with their reliability and professionalism, which I found (through some other wedding experiences) is hard to find, yet VERY important with musicians. More importantly, they were extremely talented. Everyone at our wedding loved them. Happy hour was by far the best part of the night and it was because of the band. Their blues vibe set an upbeat tone for a great night. You can't go wrong with this band, I would recommend them 110%.

Outstanding experience. They played our wedding (ceremony and reception). Extremely professional and courteous. Regular communication about event. Accommodated song requests and special walk down the aisle music. Arrived well ahead of event and set up quickly. Worked seamlessly and smoothly through the event, requiring no supervision or correction. Expensive but music was important to us. Found a wedding gift envelope had accidentally been placed in their equipment and drove back to return it. High marks for trustworthiness. Overall, we were very happy.

The BMR4 did a fantastic job. They were on time, they were very flexible and easy to work with. But most of all they are a very talented group of guys who know what they are doing and are willing to make things work; you can tell they just want to play music. I would absolutely hire them again.

Chris was very pleasant and easy to work with. Our sudden problem with no power/electricity one hour before the party caused a change in venue. He and his group very gamely altered their location and carried on like the pros they are. The music was great and loved by all, especailly my 2.5 yr old grandson.

BMR4 were the ultimate professionals at my daughters wedding reception. They sounded great and were so easy to work with. anytime we had questions during the planning stages, Chris was right there to answer them. They were on time and not once did we question anything during the night. Chris did a wonderful job announcing the bridal party and different events throughout the evening. The band members were really fun to talk to and their selection of music was spot on for our guests. We had numerous guests tell us how wonderful they were. Everyone had a great time at the reception due to the great music by BMR4.

The guys did a great job with the music, requests, and with bringing on vocalist/guitarist Toronzo. We had a few of the guests ask for their info. Everyone there enjoyed themselves thoroughly and had really positive feedback about the band. Great job guys!

We couldn't be more pleased with our experience with BMR4. They were professional, accommodating and, above all, just extraordinarily good at what they do. BMR4 elevated our wedding to a plane it would not otherwise have reached. I have already recommended them to two soon-to-be-married people, and will seek their services again if I need a band for a function again. They're a steal.
