Barbara was GREAT!! People loved her--the line to visit her table lasted all night and lots of folks commented on how she mentioned themes in their lives that rang true.
The only thing I'd change, when we use her again (because I'm sure we will!), would be to ask Barbara to do shorter readings at the start--there were so many people eager to hear her the line was super long.
She's a great entertainer!!!

Barbara, Was very inviting warm loving persom, totally professional in everyway! She wants to insure you the best service as possible. She was gentle for those first timers. Everyone enjoy what the ever the message was. They were delighted. She was such a pleasure to work with!

Barbara was very professional and handled my event beautifully. She was engaging and entertaining. I was also impressed by the way she was able to keep things going so that every guest had an opportunity to see her, even though we had a significant number of people. Barbara definitely added to the over all success of the shower.

We hired Barbara to entertain guests at a 40th birthday party. Barbara was on time, easy going and the guests really had a good time with her services. I had my cards read by Barbara during the party and I was surprised that she hit on a couple of somewhat specific things in my life with no prompting. Other guests commented that her readings seemed somewhat generic but that was not my experience. Good fun for all!

Barbara was fantastic! She arrived on time, didn't need help setting up, and was a pleasure. I did not feel the need to check in on her throughout the event - very self sufficient. She was accomidating and professional. Her readings were positive and on point. She spent a good 10 minutes with each person, so the readings felt substantive. She was easy to work with while organizing the event and followed up with me a handful of times to make sure we were on the same page and organized, which I appreciated. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would absolutely consider her for any events we host in the future!

Barb was great. We had a Doomsday party on 12/21/12 and hired her to read cards for "all the optimists." Dealing with her from beginning to end regarding professionalism, accommodation, & overall talent warrants 5 stars. The only thing that happened was that we went over our pre-arranged time (which meant that we had to pay her more than we had originally planned). But we split the difference, each citing that our guests took a lot of time in between readings to get to her AND that she spent more time with each guest than originally discussed. A compromise was made and everyone was happy. Lots of positive guest emails today applauding the party, including Barb!

She was wonderful. Just as Barb arrived we lost power and the house was plunged into total darkness. Barb carried on, dressed and preformed until the power was restored over an hour later. She worked by candle light. Our guests had a great time and she really helped make a rather stressful situation fun. Can't say enough about how great she was.

Barbara brought a terrific energy to our synagogue celebration! Our guests were lined up for a reading and a chance to hear what the future holds. Barbara took the time to understand our event and was extremely flexible and accommodating througout the evening. She would be a great addition to any party, company or Bar/Bat Mitzvah.

Barbara was profssional and a great performer. Our guests were lined up waiting for her, and everyone said they thoroughly enjoyed their time with her, and learned a lot about themselves. Barbara was also so patient with the many kids at our party, and the kids were also lined up to have a reading with her. All in all, a great experience, and a fun activity for any type of party. We highly recommend her for any event!

Barbara was great in accommodation the needs of the party we had. I would say that she is a very talented psychic overall and told many of the guests things that no one would generally know off the bat in meeting someone. Her predictions were pretty right on for many of the attendees we had. She does not have much of a filter when reading, so be aware you may hear some things you might not have wanted! :) She was on the pricy side, but I would say it was worth the money if you're looking for the real deal because there are so MANY shams out there. Barb is THE REAL DEAL!

Barbara was great. She added a fun and interesting element to our office party. People were lined up waiting for the chance to have their fortunes read by Barbara, so much so that she stayed an additional 2.5 hours! I would highly recommend Barbara Meyer for any event.
