I hired the Kansas City Rhythm Kings for a Grand Opening Store event. They were fantastic. Great to work with, arrived early to set up and were such a happy group of musicians. I would absolutely recommend them and hire them again.

We would have the Kansas City Rhythm Kings back in a heartbeat. This was a charity event with over 200 people attending. The comments have been incredible about the band and how wonderful they were. Everyone wants them back for next year's event. Brad was the person I communicated with and he was SO easy to work with and to assure me that their band would be a hit - he was so right - thank you so much for having them available.

We absolutely loved this band for our wedding reception! They got everybody dancing. We had forgotten about dinner music, and they played recorded music for us without us even having to ask. Guests of all ages complimented us on the music choice. They were unbelievably classy and smooth to work with. Thank you!

My new husband and I could not have imagined a better band for our wedding. Not only us, but all our guests complemented us on our choice of band and were strongly impressed with their talent and how beautiful they sounded. They even complemented us on our choice of wedding song to dance to. They are really nice people and I would use them over and over again. We really appreciate how well they did to make our wedding beautiful and sound amazing during our dance and while others danced as well. Thank you!

We hired KCRK to play jazz at a company party. The band manager put together a quartet with sax, drums, bass, and guitar. The musicians were friendly, professional, accommodating. They played the type of music we wanted and played very well. We would DEFINITELY hire them again.

We hired Kansas City Rhythm Kings & Swing Sensation for my mother's 90th birthday party. They were very professional and my mother had a lovely time. They did their best to accommodate all of our requests. My only complaint is that I thought there would be a vocalist. Other than that, I would highly recommend this band

We always try very hard to make it clear that adding a vocalist to any of our quotes is $300 extra, in this day and age of tight budgets.

While the KCRK were very professional in the dress, performance and talent, and interactions, we had a very frustrating experience. We paid extra for an iPod to be played to prevent a lull in energy during their breaks (evening wedding). It only happened because my brother-in-law went and played some music he had during one of the breaks. Otherwise, no music was playing and since nobody could see the band, they left. It would have been nice to know if we needed to provide the iPod, but as I said it was my understanding that we paid extra so I wouldn't have to think about it. But they are incredibly talented and this situation can be avoided in future performances.

Jackie paid extra for music before and/or after the 4 hours of performance. Jackie didn't ask for IPOD music during the intermissions. If we had known that she wanted music during the intermissions, we would have done it gladly. We were happy to accommodate all her requests. Intermission music wasn't one of them and was never mentioned.
