we thoroughly enjoyed straightshooters band. the guests all enjoyed their music. the guest all got up and danced until the end. several of the guests commented on how good they were. they were defintely a very good choice for our wedding entertainment. the bride made a good choice. thanks diana(brides mom)

my daughter had her sweet sixteen and they performed for us. they were great everyone had a good time and they were very respectful on trying to play the songs that the kids liked. we were so impressed with the band that we want to scedule an adult party and have them play for us.

We were very disappointed. They advertized an ability to provide a wide variety of music, but in fact only knew one type of electric guitar rock and roll from the 70's 80 ish. We requested other types of music, but to no avail (other than 2-3 songs) It was a waste of money, and disappointing to my guests. Additionally they packed up and left 1 hour early. I will be reaching out to Gigmasters to pursue a partial refund. On fairness feedback: They arrived timely, and would be good for someone needing a single type of music. Additionally, the wives need to seen and not heard (they were way too loud for not being invited).

This is the first negative feedback we have ever gotten, we were originally asked to play from 630pm to 1030pm, we were asked to start at 7pm which we did , we played everything we knew to please the group we played some old rock and roll then the husband came up and asked us to play more country than rock and roll, so we did I agree that we did stop playing too early that was my fault, if customer wants a partial refund I have no problem with that we did end earlier that we should have which is my fault to be fair we did play multiple types of music as requested, rock and roll, country etc, I talked to a few of the people there and they said they enjoyed the music?

We were shocked to see anything but a positive rating since our last recollection was when you were asking for a CD , Posters and other band memorabilia. We have not had a less than top rate review in three years and have only had 2 in the past ten years so we view anything less than perfect as unacceptable. Playing at 11 AM while people come and go to eat barbecue outside their business towers is probably not a great venue for a concert band. Your tenants are a diverse group of people and I suspect that those who liked the band really liked us, they told us so. The eclectic mix of people made finding a range of material difficult. WE WERE SOMEWHAT IRRITATED THAT WE HAD SPENT A WHOLE AFTERNOON, ABOUT THREE TO FOUR HOURS PICKING THE SONGS WE WANTED TO HEAR AND FOR THEM TO PLAY FROM A 4 PAGE PLAYLIST AND THEY PRETTY MUCH PLAYED WHATEVER THEY WANTED. I ALSO THEN TYPED IT OUT AND EMAILED TO THEIR MANAGER. A BIG WASTE OF OUR WEEKEND TIME! PERHAPS A FEW OF THE SONGS WE HAD PICKED, BUT THAT WAS PRETTY MUCH A COINCIDENCE. WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO PLAY THE MONEY DANCE, WE WERE EXCITED TO HEAR WHAT WE HAD CHOSEN FOR THAT AND THEY PLAYED WHATEVER?????? GREG CONRADY.

We hired Straight Shooter for a fraternity dad's day tailgate. Showing up early, they played for exactly how long as we wanted! Everyone loved them. They also were kind enough to make an announcement for us during the event. They played classics that everyone knew and loved and I heard praise from everyone invited. They were great for the whole family!
