We are all enoyed listening to Slava. He touched us wtih beautiful sound and expression. He is the true talent. It was easy to communicate with him and he was punctual.

I wish I could review him on his skill but he did not make it in time to play at my wedding he got stuck in traffic which was a parade. He should look ahead for his travels next event. Of course I will be getting my money back!

Slava was great; he is very professional, timely, and as independent as you can ask for. We didn't have a long list of songs we wanted over the two hour period, but he provided his repertoire and guidance to help finish out the timing. He is very reasonably priced. Slava showed up on time and was in autopilot at the ceremony and cocktail hour at the reception and he performed perfectly.

As the bride I was worried about everything, including maybe hiring someone I did not meet prior to the event. Slava was very nice, courteous and assured us he'd be there and on time. He did exactly that! He drove a far distance in unpredictable weather and on time. He was there during our practice run through along with playing for guests as they found their seat and through the ceremony. Everyone raved about our Game of Thrones violin entrance song. Slava was the least of my worries. Very realiable, a talent, and a bargin. Unfortunately I did not get to meet him personally but my husband told me he was very nice.

Mr. Gelfand played at my daughter's wedding on April 27, 2013. He was accommodating and extremely professional. He was an amazing violin player. I would definitely hire him to play at my next wedding!

After receiving a quote from Slava and corresponding with few emails within the past 8 months, I still didn't know what to expect. Slava showed up at the church on time and started setting up. I had a few moments to chat with him before I (the Groom) had to get ready and await my bride. He sounded awsome. It was so much better than his pre recorded examples on gigmaster and I thought those were good. Slava just started playing and took control of what he needed to do and just played. He sounded so good. He then went to the cocktail hour and played for that duration. I didn't get a chance to hear him at the cocktail hour but everyone said he was amazing.

Slava was very talented. I was extremely busy during my sisters wedding and didn't get much time to really talk to him or give him much direction but he did a beautiful job.
