My guests loved listening to her while they were being seated and she brought an element of fairytale to my wedding. She even gave me and my husband a little gift on the day of, so sweet! Absolutely AMAZING violinist! Ms. Susie performed for our wedding. She has an incredible range of music to choose from and was able to meet every single request. Her performance sounded absolutely breathtaking in the cathedral! Unfortunately, we had to make some last minute changes and she was able to accommodate them without complaint and did so flawlessly. We we’re interested in adding a cellist and she even went out of her way to secure one for us!! She is a beautiful person inside and out and she has a God-given gift for the violin. You absolutely MUST book her if you are looking for a violinist.

I cannot say enough great things about Susie Shortt!!! She truly made our wedding a wonderful experience. All of the guests kept complimenting her performance throughout the night. I would absolutely book again and I recommend her to anyone looking to add something special to their wedding day/ceremony. Also, Steve played the guitar with her and was an excellent addition as well.

Susie was phenomenal on our big day! We had some unexpected weather issues that had us making a game-time decision an hour before the wedding whether the ceremony would be outdoors or in a conference room (yikes). Communicating this with Susie, she was very empathetic, accommodating, and supportive - willing to go wherever the weather took her.
Our ceremony happened on the beach, and Susie sounded terrific! 10/10 recommend her to anyone needing a beautifully talented violinist! We loved hearing our song that she learned for our wedding. I can't thank her enough for making our day so so special!

On April 8, 2022 at our North Carolina mountain home Susie became a part of our daughter’s special wedding day. With rain on and off, wind, cold temperatures and moving the arbor and chairs from under cover to the front yard (10 minutes before the ceremony as Susie was beautifully playing) she never missed a beat as she picked up her music stand and continued playing in the front yard. It was a fun, (changeable) memorable wedding and Susie was so kind and gracious to accommodate. She is a very talented violinist that I would recommend to make your day special.

Susie absolutely blew my expectations out of the water creating the most perfect environment for me and my husband as she played the violin during our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. Her professionalism, responsiveness, care, and expertise were the most perfect components in making our ceremony the perfect moment. For context, our ceremony was at the Westside Warehouse in Atlanta.
