I would HIGHLY recommend J.C. Entertainment for any function you are having. John was the DJ for my son's wedding and we were very impressed with him and his company...it is one class act. Don't you hate when a DJ stumbles on the names and mispronounces them...not John...he took the time to go over the names so he would say them correctly. There is not one thing that I was disappointed with as far as his service and professionalism. It was a Sunday wedding and we were worried about people dancing, but that was not the case. John knows how to please a crowd and keep them entertained. If you are debating over who to hire...choose this company!

I have had nothing but possitive feedback from all that attended my reception this past Friday (1/15/10).I was kind of skeptical to book through gigmasters because I hadn't met John yet personally but I decided to go with JEC Entertainment because I read all of these possitive reviews.I was very pleased.His prices are great,he was very professional,played a great vareity of music for all age groups,had alot of people dancing throughout the night. And not to mention,it was last minute when I needed a DJ...so for me calling him 2 weeks prior to the reception- everything went better than expected.Thanks John for a fun and memorable night!

They were very accomdating to our special requests and did a fantastic job. He came early to set up and there were no problems with the music. He got everyone out on the dance floor and all the guests were pleased with the music. I would highly recommend this DJ. He did a fantastic job.

John did a great job! Our wedding reception was more "non-traditional" as far as receptions go and John just went with the flow providing a great mix of music. We had some unforseen changes in plans and songs and John was very accomodating and provided open communication thru-out the night. No one knew but us & thats perfect! Overall, I was very pleased with JC Entertainment!

Cheryl was very organized in the preparation of our wedding for John to DJ at. Cheryl was on top of things..very prompt and made sure we had all songs/info. needed for our wedding day. Both John & Cheryl were extremely accommodating and helpful. John was very prompt to perform his job and did a fantastic job at our wedding. I would definitely use again and/or recommend to a friend. Amongst ourselves, all of our guests were satisfied.. Great job JEC!!!

We didn't have as many people show up that were invited, but despite the small crowd the DJ kept us very well entertained. His choice of music got everyone to visit the dance floor at least once or twice during the party. Kudos!

The Dj's were very nice and communicated very well with us all night. The price was very reasonable and they did a good job introducing everyone and coming up with the entertainment plan for the evening. There were only a few things we were not happy with; they did not use digital music files, so the CD skipped a few times at the end of the night. Also, they posted a large banner across the DJ "booth" advertising their company. And they brought a tacky fake flame light that did not go with the decorations we put up. But over all,you get a little more than what you pay for.

We had brought our surround for our system that covers the system and the system wires, only the place where we were told to set up was in a pit area and there was insufficant room for that, so instead of looking at wires we put our banner up with our company name. The torch flame light was put up only so we could have light by the system, if we had been asked to remove it, we would have done so with no problem, as we want our customers to be happy with our services.

John Did a great job at keeping the crowd moving. However, I did request a handful of songs prior to the wedding that were either not played or when I asked him to play them I was told he didn't have them. This ticked me off because I was told by his wife (assistant) that all the songs were downloaded and available. Furthormore, when I asked John to do the garter toss he asked me what songs we wanted for that...I don't remember read the damn form you had me fill out. Over all he did the job of a $500.00 dj. Our guest never knew there was an issue and had a great time dancing.

Nice guy and he traveled far without complaint. I also liked that he offered things like karaoke which we really wanted.
His sound was horrible. You couldn't even understand what he was saying into the microphone. He didn't talk to the crowd at all, or liven up the party.

I really don't understand this review because at the end of the night Michelle came up to me and said that I was great and everyone had a good time and tipped $100.00 extra. No request were made, so on the accommodating part, I really don't understand. I think that Michelle was having a bad day and decided to write the review!

My daughter was married in AZ and we had a second reception here in MI. JC Entertainment was so very accomodating and patient with us. I was trying to make all the arrangements here and my daughter was changing things from out of state. Not once did JC ever seem exasperated or impatient with us. (I would have been!!) They helped us with the video of the ceremony (cueing in start and stop), provided us with the songs we asked for, and always made sure we were happy. I wish we had them in AZ. Very, very personable. Many guests wanted to know where I got them. We were extremely pleased.

JC entertainment performed beautifully at our wedding reception. They were very attentive to what songs we wanted to hear, the order of when we wanted to hear them and being aware of what the crowd was enjoying. We also appreciated that they checked in with us periodically to see if we were enjoying the selections. We plan to inform family and friends of their great DJ service.
