The Jody Hughes Band plays a variety of sounds; everything from bluegrass, acoustic music, to popular favorites. Musical selections are matched especially for your special event. Do you want to impart an Appalachian-based Feel to your event yet remain elegant and upscale? With this configuration, you'll get bluegrass standards such as Foggy Mountain Breakdown, the Old Home Place to more modern songs like Bela Fleck's "Big Country" and "Wagon Wheel." In addition, our group can do popular artists like Beatles, Otis Redding, Merle Haggard, etc. We have years of experience balancing our sound to the perfect level for your event. Jody has played at prestigious venues such as Carnegie Hall, Ryman Auditorium, and The Grand Ole Opry. He is a three time Georgia State Banjo and Guitar Champion. Over 25 years of experience playing for Restaurants, Concert Halls, Churches, Corporate Events, Business Holiday Parties, Memorial Services, and more. -Sound System provided and recommended if you have over 100 guests.
