Grits & Soul Bluegrass Band from Lexington, KY

At the heart of Grits & Soul are Anna Kline and John Looney. For over seven years now, they have logged thousands of highway miles and hundreds of yearly performances, spreading the gospel of Southern sound. Known for their seamless harmonies and engaging stage performances, this mandolin and guitar duo has the repertoire to provide you and your guests with a one-of-a-kind Kentucky music experience. Grits & Soul have not only performed at regional festivals throughout the Southeast and Europe, but also weddings, private parties, and corporate events of all shapes and sizes. These include "hush hush" celebrity parties, as well as events and gigs at the Biltmore Estate, Grove Park Inn, The Alluvian, and Blackberry Farms. In August 2017, Grits & Soul appeared on an episode of Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern, which featured the Daniel Boone Wilderness Trail in Kentucky.
