Helen was not available the day of our wedding, but her partner, Dave, was available to perform for us instead. The music was beautiful, Dave was very nice and accommodating, and both he and Helen were very easy to work with. We would gladly recommend them for a wedding. We hired Helen to play at our wedding ceremony. Helen was very good to work with and always responsive. She met with us in person to help audition music for us and allow us to hear what we could expect at our wedding. At the wedding itself, she was there early to set up and check on acoustics. I was very impressed by her vast repertoire. I contacted her via Email followed by some phone conversations. Helen had a great attitude, was courteous, and understanding- - I was arranging some aspects of the wedding from overseas, and she would write back promptly. She arrived at the outdoor ceremony place one hour earlier to ensure an efficient outcome, and brought her own speaker. She played beautifully, both classic and popular themes.
