Matthew exceeded every expectation I had for my event. He is absolutely gifted as a musician, which is obvious, felt & heard, but is also so incredibly professional, kind and accommodating. He was incredibly thorough before the event in anticipating any and all needs, and was so easily reachable to answer all questions. I am still receiving so many compliments from all of my guests... many are trying to book him for their own special occasions. Matthew's talent and genuine nature are the perfect combination. He truly made my event unique and memorable.

Matt made our wedding ceremony so gorgeous and special. He composed songs that I requested and made them so amazing. He even recorded the songs for us and sent them within 48 hours as mp3s so that we could enjoy them after the wedding. His calming demeanor made the process of planning a wedding so easy and stress-free. Above all, he is a genuinely caring person who added a positive energy to the entire ceremony. Would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!!!

P-E-R-F-E-C-T ! Matt was the absolute perfect addition to our cocktail party. He played continuously from our first guest’s arrival to our last guest’s departure. The consummate pro! Within an hour of entering my request, he called and we had a great conversation. I had a special song I hoped he could play and I think he learned it just for us. He played at our sunrise wedding, later at our brunch and again in the afternoon when we had a cocktail party. His catalogue is immense and covers a wide array of genres and tastes. He quickly became a member of our family and I have no doubt our paths will cross again. He provided context to a very important, intimate event for our family and we're grateful for his talent and contribution. I have no qualms whatsoever in wholeheartedly recommending Matthew for your event. Two thumbs up!

Extraordinary! Matthew Cutillo performed at a fundraiser for pediatric cancer research, playing his guitar and singing songs that appealed to all who attended this event, no many their age. It was especially heart rendering that he took special care to sing favorite songs of those who had lost their loved ones to pediatric cancer, "Somewhere Over the Rainbow," and "Borrowed Angels," as well as other requests. Not a dry eye was in the crowd, listening to his beautiful melodic voice, a voice that spoke from his heart and soul.
Consider hiring Matthew Cutillo as a performer at your next event. G-d has given him special gifts to share.

Matt helped me out with a suprise proposal to my now fiancee, in Central Park.
He was an absolute professional.
Matt helped when gigmasters wouldn’t work for me. He had suggestions in case the weather didn't hold up on the day, and he played some extra tracks afterwords while my partner composed herself.
More importantly he was a pleasure to deal with and really helped make our day even more special.
He played all the songs I requested beautifully.
He comes with my highest recommendation, you genuinely couldn’t find a nicer guy to deal with.

Great communications up front by email to manage some specific requests and learn one of the set songs. Matthew was professional and accommodating throughout. Good clips available on YouTube to get a feel for his performance and style. On the day he braved biting New York winds in February to perform at Strawberry Fields in Central Park. Managed to keep his fingers moving to play a three song set for a proposal to my girlfriend. As planned, I joined in with vocals for the second song, forgot the words, but like a trooper Matthew played on. The performance made the whole experience personal and special. A true gentleman, thoughtful, wonderful guy and great performer.

Matt performed at our wedding in MA on 12/31/10. The event occurred without any problems. He arrived, setup, performed any specifics that were requested right on cue, with absolute professionalism. We had a few friends that attended the wedding who are musicians themselves who commented about Matt's performance endurance. Our event was 5 hours, with classical guitar during dinner and everything else for the rest of the evening. Matt was easy to reach, returned calls immediately, and was agreeable to a change in location without any headaches. I would definitely recommend him for any event, you will not be disappointed. Matt absolutely MADE our party! He is a true professional - very talented and extremely respectful, caring and concerned that everything goes exactly as the client envisions. This is the second time we have had the pleasure of his efforts at our holiday party, and I'm sure I'll have requests to have him again. He fit right in and got everyone involved and in the mood while allowing for conversation and eating at the appropriate times. I really appreciated that he is never a prima donna, and that he insisted on playing the entire time except for a short break. Who could ask for more?
