Mark was amazing. Truly gifted artist. This was a special evening to share with family and friends before the holiday rush begins. A chance to take a moment, to just be together and share a meal. He helped set the tone and atmosphere for the evening, and it was a huge success. My guests loved him and could not get enough. He took special requests and blended them seamlessly. He played exquisitely! Sheer perfection! He ended the evening with a piece he had written that was just lovely. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend him!

I spoke with Janine at least 8 times in a matter of four weeks prior to the wedding ,and actually made a point to meet in person which most clients do not request. I played all of the songs that were asked of me, I set up at the wedding earlier than aked, and actually played longer than our contract time. I guess were overwhelmingly pleased with the performance .

Mark was an absolute joy to work with and was an incredibly calm presence throughout the planning of our wedding. We were initially impressed with his online reviews, but it was his talent that sent us over the edge. He was a bright star at our ceremony and played beautifully during our dinner reception before a flawless transition to our DJ and dancing. Everyone told us how much they loved his playing and spoke glowingly of it. Mark is indeed a warm and generous spirit and we are truly grateful for his talent. We would absolutely recommend him 100%.

Mark was incredible. Not only is he talented but very accommodating and thoughtful. He worked with us on a few special requests and even collaborated with the venue's pianist on a last minute duet for our first date that was a wonderful surprise. Can't say enough great things about Mark.

Mark is very talented (checkout YouTube) ..... It was a challenging venue on a busy day (Yosemite national park) and he was 30 minutes late. My guests seemed not to notice which was good. He played for all the agreed upon time and many compliments from guests. He is extremely pleasant if a little bit scattered so it did take effort from me to firm up details etc. I had some concerns going into the event which is never good. Recomend him but be very specific about needs, venues, timing, etc.

I was actually early, but the host was nowhere to be found. The Yosemite hotel is very large.) she said she was going to meet me in the lobby at a specific time.not only was she not there, she gave no info to anybody on staff where she was or where I should go.However, I did get started on the dot, and yes there were a few guests who arrived early. her guests were so ecstatic, She in fact asked me to Play 30 minutes extra. I obliged And did not charge her a single penny extra. That being said this host seems to be someone that would have wanted me to also play EARLY as well as at the end (30 minutes) and not pay for it. She promised a meal which I never go

Mark is great! I hired him for my parents' 60 wedding anniversary party. All I wanted was some nice background music to add a relaxed atmosphere for the party attendees to enjoy and Mark delivered. I got many comments after the party about how much people enjoyed Mark's musicianship, and I was especially impressed by his professionalism and accommodation: he came early to the party start time to set up, he needed very little direction, required no special attention or accessories (just an outlet to plug into), and he was very open to requests throughout the day. His professional dress and presentation is great. I recommend him unreservedly. 5 starts all around!

Mark was a very entertaining player. He even arrived extra early to ensure that he was ready to go. He was also very accommodating to moving his set up during the event. He played a nice mix of latin / flamenco and pop / rock music. His talent in the fingerstyle guitar music is unparalleled. I would definitely hire him again for a future gig.
